Great services from start till end. Doctor Hales was very attentive to my issue with the eye prescription and did what was necessary to correct it. He found I had high pressure in my left eye. He prescribed my eye drops and set up an appointment to return in one week to make sure the pressure on the eye had subsided.

I visited Carolina Eye Associates this week and found everyone there from the intake receptionist to the doctor, Dr. Brandon Phillips to be very professional. I will certainly continue to go there for eye issues and treatment.

A great resource for the Sandhills, NC and greater area. Dr. Miller is a thoughtful Dr. who explains things very well, answering questions thoroughly with excellent judgment. The surgical center too is the very best, using the latest technology, with excellent after-care.

I was very pleased with my care and the expertise of my doctor. The office staff at both the Sanford and Southern Pines offices were friendly, experienced, and very helpful. The medical staff were also friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My only complaint, and it is a minor one, was pre-op instructions. I would rather have received them in the mail/email than try to play phone tag. I feel confident in recommending them to new patients.

715 am appointment. In and out in one hour with three different tests and consultation with Doctor.

All of the staff here were supper friendly, and the appointment went smoothly. Dr. Miller easily figured out what was wrong with my eyes and was able to get me treatment for them right away. Best eye doctor experience I could've hoped for.
