Dr. Diana Albay is an exceptional doctor! She is extremely competent, kind, professional and knowledgeable. She treats patient like a family member and she gives such a thorough exam. She takes time to listen and follows up quickly, even during the weekend she gave me a detailed update. She goes above and beyond! I am very impressed with her expertise! Dr. Albay makes Kaiser SHINE!

Great Doctor. Diana has been my Doctor since I switched to Kaiser and I've been much happier with her she is very knowledgeable about her patients health care and she takes care of all the needs of patients and certainly will make sure that your ok.

Dr Albay is so knowledgeable has amazing rapport with patients and is up to date on the latest technology - she helped me with Dexcom when it first came out to get information on the service - try it out and eventually get it covered by my health plan - I have seen her for many years and she is far and away the best endocrinologist I have ever seen - I am a Type I diabetic and she has helped me in managing my diabetes. Thank you Dr Albay and please let us know when you return to practice as you are the best !!!

Dr. Albay was my favorite endocrinologist. She was open to discussion with me on my treatment and what I thought needed to be changed.She was also a very active listener and took plenty of time with me in each appointment; I never felt rushed. I feel terrible that she is closing her practice and hope both she and her family are ok. I'll miss her (and Marissa!) not just as a physician, but also as a friend.

Dr. Albay - and her staff - are the most professional and WONDERFUL PEOPLE you will ever meet. I have a VERY complex case and I have been her patient for over two years. I initially only saw her for a second opinion. Dr.Albay SAVED MY LIFE after she caught what my other long-standing endocrinologist missed. Because of my health issues, I need to see Dr.Albay almost every other month - but I GLADLY DO SO as she is the most INTELLIGENT, KIND and INSPIRING MD that I know! I had trusted seeing my previous/former Endo for YEARS and yet despite having VERY good insurance, my other Endo misdiagnosed my HUGE thyroid tumor (inside my throat). Dr. ALBAY rescued me by sending me IMMEDIATELY to an ENT surgeon that said I would have not lived another 2 months as my thyroid was SO large that it grew into my chest and around my heart. Dr.ALBAY is one of THE SMARTEST MD’s - yet SO NICE; you hardly have any stress during an office visit. Because of my SUCCESSFUL surgery, I am on a low dose med and need to see Dr. ALBAY a few times a year for monitoring and fine-tuning. I know that I am a fussy patient, but Dr. ALBAY and her staff, ALWAYS put me at ease! Dr.ALBAY and her staff treat patients like precious family and I will trust her w/my health for many DECADES ahead as she is very cutting-edge in her KNOWLEDGE. I've been seeing Dr. Albay for several years now. She is very personable and so is her staff. I know in the past they have had phone issues, but I think they got all that resolved. If your looking for a Dr. that actually wants to get to know you, sits and listens to you then she is that Dr. The people writing bad reviews, not sure what is wrong with them. Most doctors don't care about their patients, they are short, and don't listen. Dr Albay will take the time with you and listen and get to know you. I have also found her staff to be friendly and helpful. She does have irregular hours but its her choice, she is a specialty Dr. NEVER has she been rude nor have I heard her be rude to anyone. She is a polite and caring person. I just think a lot of people are impatient and in personable these days. I am just stunned by the negative reviews, those reviews don't reflect this office, they must be just trying to get her ratings down. One particular person seems to just write bad reviews on everyone .. Sanjay; must be a privileged person ..

Dr. Albay is VERY professional and has great knowledge and experience in her field. She listens and doesn’t interrupt with a conclusion. She examines thoroughly and goes through any history and blab results. Her staff is very polite and amazing compared to other physicians I’ve been to. I recommend Dr. Albay to everyone.

A wonderful office with knowledgeable office staff. Dr. Albay is warm and welcoming, spends as much time as is needed with you, and is extremely knowledgeable about research and newest treatment options. Very thorough and so easy to talk with. I give her my highest recommendation!
