After trying many kinds of talk therapies and a life coach, I finally found out about Somatic therapy. This kind of therapy is specifically for trauma, and who hasn’t had at least one traumatic event in his/her life? With Somatic therapy I have seen a much faster results than with any other therapy. The beauty of it is that you focus on healing yourself now! You don’t dwell on your trauma; you just release the emotions attached to it. In only a few sessions I was out of my “zombie” moments and was able to shake off my emotional numbness. I feel great now, and I enjoy my ability to feel present. It’s very important to choose the right therapist. It will save you time and money in the long run. After searching and trying a few somatic therapists, I was lucky enough to meet Sergio. Sergio is a true healer. An artist when it comes to Somatic therapy. Sergio knows how to navigate between the pain of the past and the healing of the present. He has empathy to other’s pain and knows how to work with difficult emotions so that you can heal the trauma that hides behind them.
