I don’t care what you may have heard, but this place saved my boyfriend’s life. The doctors and nurses were fantastic and I’d go here over NOVANT ANY DAY OF THE YEAR!!!!

My wife had emergency surgery this morning. Yes the wait was long in the emergency room. The team apologized and was amazing. Michele the nurse in the emergency room was fabulous. She treated my wife like family. The surgery team all had to come in around 1:30am and were phenomenal and kept us informed and did a super job. The custodian didn’t get his name “wears a Yankee hat which happens to be my favorite team” said hello to everyone and saw me sleeping and offered to bring me a blanket. The team at the desk inside the emergency area kept us laughing and took some of the stress off of us. The security guard looked out for me and stopped and talked a few times. Well done everyone and thank you!

Absolutely everyone from the front desk/front door women, Theresa from check in, the X-ray tech - were all so kind and wonderful. Helpful, patient, quick and just genuinely lovely women. Was anxious over having medical issues and they made my morning super pleasant and calming. Just wanted them to know they’re doing amazing jobs!

I had a great experience with Jill Stubbs, at LN Rehabilitation Center. I was referred to her by my urologist for pelvic floor rehabilitation, following a radical prostatectomy. Her experience, skill, compassion and professionalism were exemplary. Her use of computer-based biofeedback revolutionized my ability to know conclusively that I was correctly exercising my pelvic floor.

I highly recommend LNRMC Physical Therapy. The front desk employees always greet you with a smile. They are friendly, kind & patient with everyone. The entire office seems to follow their lead. Appointments are always on time with each therapist coming out to greet their patient personally. Jill is an amazing therapist! She makes the most uncomfortable appointments feel comfortable and easy. She is so knowledgeable & truly cares about her patients. Have never had better care!

I had an outpatient procedure last week and it could not have been a better experience. Everyone was kind and considerate, starting with the receptionist at check-in and the billing department that helped me determine the date of my last visit (last year).The outpatient floor seemed very busy and crowded to me, but the nurses assured me that I was there on a relatively light day, and the nurses were amazing; just very nice and pleasant and reassuring which helped me a lot because even though I present an exterior veneer of calm my blood pressure revealed that I was quite nervous. My anesthesiologist, Dr Ashley came by and explained everything to me, and like everyone else was very upbeat and nice and really put me at ease. The procedure itself probably took 5 minutes (but I don't know for sure because I was pleasantly sedated), and again I was assisted by a competent, attentive nurse with a sunny disposition. It was a quick recovery and I was discharged in plenty of time to enjoy a nice lunch with my wife. I don't want to go back, but if I have to, this will be the place to go. (Thank you!)

This was my first visit to this hospital. I can’t say enough of how wonder the ER staff and The 2nd floor nursing staff is. I have been in some hospitals over my time and this was by far the best experience I had. The ER staff and Dr were awesome and attentive. I was admitted and taken to floor 2 room 219 my night nurse Belinda was so amazing and the CNA Angela were right there to help me settle in and took their time answering questions. I was very nervous for the procedure I needed and they were very patient with me. I hope I never have to be In the hospital again. But if I do I would go back the lake norman regional in a heartbeat.

We have always received excellent care at LKN Regional, but dealing with the billing department is a nightmare.

Jill Stubbs, my physical therapist, is the best. I have lots of neck, back, knee and foot issues and she has been so helpful. The exercises she provides, her emotional support and encouragement have made a huge difference. Dawn, the receptionist, is superior. I would recommend to anyone. Betsy Seymour

The staff at LKN Rehab are very responsive. I have found the therapist are dedicated to their work and their patients. The 1:1 with each of their patients is a really important aspect to what makes this a wonderful option for rehabilitation after surgery. They focus on you and only you during your appointment. I loved my overall experience from the intake appointment where the therapist takes the time to get the information necessary to get you back up to 💯 % in a reasonable amount of time to the last day of your rehab where the intensity in which they work with you never falters. Lori and Kristen spent quality time making me feel better about what my body was doing. They also were interchangeable when it came to my care, because of the preparation before my visits. They knew what to do each time I walked in. They also listened to me to ensure that I continued to get better. The overall team has my complete confidence and I will continue to use their services as future situations arise.
