it took some time due to Covid and cancellations but it was worth it to get my yearly check up. I was in and out in less than a half hour. Made no contact with any other patients. The intake nurse was lovely and the doctor is extremely thorough and professional. I was very very pleased with the patient care I received. I am at risk due to melanoma in my family and have over the years connected with numerous dermatologist and I am pleased Frederick has such a great practitioner.

I have had two five star experiences with Dr. Liotto in the last two months. I found the office staff very professional and well organized.

Awesome staff. Very professional. I had a benign tumor that had originated within a hair follicle shaft -- of all places. Was removed and tested. The doctor and nurses were pros ... I am thankful for what they do. Also, they are very customer friendly; I simply felt at ease while at the office.

I've been to Dr, Liotta for treatment for several years and I have always found her to be very professional and competent in her work. She listens to what the patient has to say. I'm very happy with her and gave up my free treatment at the Military Hospital to have my health matters treated by her.

I haven't seen Dr. Liotta yet, but receptionist/scheduler was very friendly and helpful even though I called at 4:30.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Liotta's office. I truly doesn't understand the other low scores without comments, but I can assure you, she truly cares about her patients. They're always very timely and the office staff is very friendly. They explain procedures fully so you know what to expect.

Dr. Liotta and her staff are all wonderful. I have been seeing her for many years and she has been very professional and kind. Her assistants and administrative assistants have always been wonderful to work with.

I have been treated by several dermatologists in my time, in another state. The last one was a skin cancer specialist, and she recommended Dr. Liotta to me when I moved to Maryland. They had found one basal cell skin cancer on me, and I have to get checked yearly. Dr. Liotta was competent, thorough, sensible, and courteous. And so was her staff. She found a site that was pre-cancerous, and she quickly prevented that one. She found a fairly large basal cell cancer on the back of my upper arm, and was very accommodating to my needs during the necessary small surgical procedure. I am allergic to the usual antibiotics, so they questioned me carefully to find one I could tolerate. When my surgical site seemed a little too pink, they found an opening that day, and again they carefully questioned me to adjust the medication . Furthermore, when I later found a small spot on my hand that had been obscured by a bad bruise at my first appointment, Dr. Liotta's staff found a time within two days, and Dr. Liotta spent time explaining how this was different from a spot of basal cell cancer. The doctor and her staff were nice at this return visit even though my payment, mailed a few days earlier, had not yet reached them.

We travel 44 miles each way to see Dr Liotta. We both are her patients. We feel she is very through. Answers any questions we have. She explains the procedures. We may have to wait sometimes, but she is totally focused on you when it's your turn on the table. I appreciate how well she & her assistants work so well together.

I really like this office overall. Dr. Liotta is very good at what she does and has state of the art equipment. Her staff is friendly and her PA, Heather Demory is hardworking and efficient. Both of them excellent in caring for their patients and using the best technology in the area. My only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that every time I come, I wait a minimum of 30 minutes before I even get back to a room. That's tough but I like the services, staff and Dr. so much that make it through. I had the Veleshape procedure and it really works. I even had coolsculpting about 7years ago and that did not work and was so painful. Celeshape is relaxing and soothing and Dr. Liotta is the first in the area to have this technology to offer patients!
