Steve and Jen changed my life!!!! I was a CNA working for First Light when they offered me a scheduling position to work in the office. They believed in me because I knew nothing about scheduling.... They allowed me to learn at a very patient and comfortable pace.... Fast forward 5 yrs later I am now an Office Manager/ Payroll Specialist/ Scheduling Supervisor. Thank you both for believing in me! I worked for Firstlight Homecare in 2018. I left because I graduated school and for personal growth. Working for this company was very rewarding. The company staff were very compassionate and active listeners. They cared so much about their clients well being. For example a case manager would do home visits to make sure the client is happy with the services. The company also offer training. I am happy that I experienced working in a good company.
