I've worked with Dr. Anne and Connie Earl here for several years and they are amazing. All of the staff are considerate and responsive. When my kid was a baby and I had several after-hours consultations the doctors on call who responded to me were always kind and knowledgeable.I understand the complaints about the phone system and waiting to get calls back. The administrative systems here are a bit disorganized. To me it just seems like they're understaffed and need more help and organization. But the healthcare is excellent.

After searching endlessly for a pediatrician that was supportive of my child's needs- we found Dr. Anne! She is an amazing pediatrician who is warm, understanding & open. She provides us with comprehensive care & through her I found my lactation consultant Dr. Sarah Hollister. We discovered my son had a severe tongue tie & it was recommended we do the procedure to release it. The compassion, understanding & knowledge these women have made me sure this was the right choice in the right place. Sarah & Dr. Connie Earl made a harmonious team. They were so professional and caring. I'm so glad to have established care for my son with this amazing health center!

If you are part of the LGBTQAI community, this is the place for you to be. There is zero discrimination and they have group meetings for transgender/intersex people on the first Wednesday of each month (except during national emergency lockdowns). It is the FIRST place I have ever felt like I could be myself with my doctor and not have biases thrown at me. Let me make myself clear: If you are kind to your doctor or NP, you WILL be treated with kindness! Don't use these people's bad opinions of this place as a reason not to come here. Yes, your appointment may be delayed, but your doctor's/NP's will actually take the time to "listen" to your needs and not just "hear" you. It's not like Kaiser where you will be in and out within 15 minutes, being rushed into saying what you need to say. The doctor's and NP's actually want to help you, regardless if they ran a bit late. And yes, sometimes your prescriptions are a little late, but you have to understand that these marvelous workers have A LOT of paperwork to finish by the end of the day. All you have to do is email and remind them and they will call your prescriptions in right away. Don't worry. You should never ask for a recurring prescription unless you still have a weeks worth left anyway, so quit complaining. They're doing their very best!

From when I required hernia surgery to addressing kidney stones they immediately got me the referrals I required. They have a client internet based dashboard that allows me to track my lab tests, appointments and messages to and from my practitioners. One of the amazing benefits is access to their wellness clinic which is now based in Sebastopol. They offer a variety of modalities from D.O., allergy testing and treatment, acupuncture, Heart Math, nutrition, herbalist and much much more. These are provided by some of the better known practitioners in their fields. Always found the staff to be welcoming and willing to take the extra step to answer questions and provide follow through. They are progressive in looking at alternative health care options and try their best to address concerns.
