Dr Zhai is amazing. She is very hands on with the care she gives my adult daughter. Also answers back through my Mercy in a timely manner. I would not want anyone else managing her chronic condition.

I did not l care, Dr. Zhai, the first few times that I met with her but over time I found her to be caring, she answered all my questions.

I was very pleased with my visit at the neurology department at Whiteside. Everyone from the receptioist, nurses, and Dr. Zhai. They were very personable and made me feel relaxed and welcome. The waiting time was very short and the testing explained in detailed and easy to understand terms. Dr. Zhai was very friendly and made my visit there more than pleasant. Very pleased with Dr. Zhai- sent to her by another specialist-for a possible pinched nerve in my neck, but she also assessed me for a low back/sciatica type problem as well. Ordered diagnostic test for both and was patient and not rushed!

She really takes time to go over all of my concerns each time I have an appointment. Even asks multiple times if there is anything else. She works with my other doctors to coordinate care. I have been very happy with my care under Dr Zhai.
