Dr. Roberts cared for my spouse when he developed a boil inside his nose. His treatment plan was swift and involved incision and drainage of the area. His bedside manner was profession and caring. He was very concerned this infection could get out of hand and educated us on that possibility and what steps would be needed. Husband is an Alzheimer’s patient and he treated him kindly and with respect never getting aggravated when he had to repeat things more than 3 times. I am Thankful for providers such as Dr. Roberts and am thankful he practices in the Jackson area. He also saw me when I developed positional vertigo. Therapy was prescribed which cured my issues. He new exactly what it was when I was seen that day. Again, you can not get a better professional than this physician. I highly recommend him to anyone.

In my opinion, Dr. Jess Roberts is hands down the best ENT at St. Dominic’s Hospital in Jackson, MS. He diagnosed my husbands tonsil cancer. After two needle biopsies came back clear - Dr. Roberts insisted that there was indeed something there - he did an invasive tonsil biopsy and indeed cancer was present. Without Dr. Roberts insistence on doing this biopsy, my husband would probably not be here as we were told this is a rapidly growing cancer. Our trust is 100% in Dr. Roberts. My husband went through 3 years of chemotherapy and is blessed to be cancer free today thanks to Dr. Roberts.
