I was very pleased with my experience at Lake Nona Behavioral Health Services. I can be a hard critic of emergency care places and the people employed by them. Also that my attitude isn’t always the best when I’m not feeling well at all. But Lake Nona Behavioral Health Services, is a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. I was truly impressed with your nice facility and the caring staff and friendly can do attitude and smiles. The TV Monitor with the DVD playing a great selection of movies! was the best I have ever seen at a doctors office . It’s good to be treated with professionalism and care when your not at your best. When I say Dr. Rodríguez Dávila, Natasha D’Arcangelo , and Joe of the Lake Nona Behavioral Health Services, make me feel that I am in safe hands and even make me smile when I leave, then you can believe they are the best. I am truly grateful and won’t get that awful feeling of dread of going in for an appointment because they make me feel a lot better with their presence. I appreciate Joe’s care in follow-ups and willingness to answer all my questions at irregular times. Coming here is like dealing with a trusted family. Would not consider changing doctors or staff.
