I am a patient of Dr.Vaisman in this office for a years and I met all the doctors in the office (when my doctor wasn’t available I made an appointment with them) and all of them were helped with my health problems on time , always getting my results and referrals on time if it is emergency they will send electronically.

Dr. Oganes Akopyan has seen me and one of my daughters recently. I was impressed with him and his staff. They followed up quickly about the lab results, etc., called my pharmacy for meds, and got me my referrals promptly. Well done.

Dr Kandel is excellent!!! She did an exceptional job on my wife's rather difficult surgery. Ignore the one star ratings. If you read them carefully, they are not indicative of her quality as a physician, but rather irrelevant personal issues revolving around entitlement. One went even as far as to say the Dr got 5 stars, but that the staff got 0. She could have given her 4 stars, but she had to put the hurt on someone. These comments are retaliatory and spiteful and without merit. Not cool. So, just read each of the low star ratings to see for yourself. And no, I am not a personal friend of Dr Kandel's, nor is my wife. Nor is she a long time patient. Never met her, I just saw the work she did and I have my wife's testimony as well as a doctor who said she did a really good job.

Thomas Couturier NP, has been my doctor since 2017. He is the absolute best. Very caring, understanding, and knowledgeable. He doesn't rush through his appointments which I like because sometimes I forget questions I was going to ask, and then end up remembering them. Overall hes just a great person.

I've been coming to this location for several years now, and I have to say I am throughly satisfied with the help and treatment I receive each and every time.  The staff is courteous, the doctors are informative, and I always leave feeling as if they really care about my well being.  A quick shout out to Angie (certified medical assistant).  She's always eager and willing to assist, she's a fantastic captain when navigating through treacherous waters, and flat out gets the job done whenever needed.  There's nothing better than knowing someone's got your back.  Angie, you're awesome.  Thank you, and thanks to Lakeside NoHo!

Sorry to hear the bad review about Dr. Watrous, I couldn't disagree more.  She listens intently to my problems, and is willing to discuss and explore all options available to me.  I also appreciate how she follows up with me after the appointments to see how I am doing, and to offer her assistance. I know my file is in good hands with her --

My daughter and I saw Dr. Eileen Watrous yesterday, because evidently our primary care physician has moved on. I was hesitant, but found that Dr. Watrous is absolutely wonderful! She listens and is very caring. She is also very professional. She made sure to check our files and our bloodwork, so she could make knowledgeable decisions. I am really amazed. I have been going to this office for 7 years. I was diagnosed with SLE Lupus in 2011, and my health has to be constantly monitored. My first PCP was Dr. Eric Pinderski, and he was fantastic. I cried real tears, when he left. Next, there was Dr. D (sorry, I don't remember the spelling), who was also excellent. After he left, I saw some other unremarkable physicians over the years, but  I am extremely happy that Dr. Watrous is there now. I have to choose another primary care physician, since the last one assigned to me left. She is going to be our new PCP, and I highly recommend her to everyone!Also, the staff here is always wonderful! They are kind, friendly, and cheerful. They make you feel very welcome, especially Romero, who is usually there every time I visit! If i could give him 6 stars, I most definitely would!

Dr.Kandel is wonderful. We've been going to her for years and have always been happy with her.

This is a review of Dermatology P.A. Aaron Furey, and his support staff. Mr. Furey's support staff is personable, friendly, helpful and very professional. They will work with you to accommodate your schedule and will actually call you to remind you of your appointment.  Mr. Furey is focused on efficiency and accuracy and he has a clear passion for his work (he can administer all kinds of fillers and derm services).  He will happily answer questions and address your concerns.One important note: don't blame his office if Mr. Furey is booked two months in advance. This is a good sign, so don't hold it against them!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Vaisman for many years. He is a great diagnostician who has shepherded us excellently through several health crises.
