Based upon reviews of Dr. Wright from several sites, I was super apprehensive on my first appointment to say the least! I was referred to him by a friend. I had been through the ringer with other neuros, pretty much shrugging me off or misdiagnosing me. I suffer from a seizure disorder and chronic migraines. On the first visit, he sat down with me and told me he wanted to know the full story of events! Ive never had a doctor tell me that!! It was hard for me to recall everything as anyone with seizures knows you have memory loss. He was patient with me and told me he would stick this out with me until we found something that gave me my life back! I am now stable on a seizure med, also a migraine med, I have been seizure free for almost a year now, still dealing with migraines but not near as often as I would have been if I had not of met Dr. Wright! Say what you want, he doesnt sugarcoat anything and I am AOk with that! You can talk to him straight forward as he will you. Office staff is awesome as well!! Wait time was perfect!!

Absolutely no complaints. Was super nervous about seeing him the first visit since every review I read was not good on different sites. I was referred to him by a friend. I am so glad I took the chance with him anyways! He was the 5th doctor I had been to for the seizure disorder and migraines I was having. For 2 years straight, I was either shrugged off as being crazy or misdiagnosed. He sat down with me and told me he wanted to hear the whole story and knew it would be a lengthy one. I am currently stable on seizure meds and migraine meds. I dont want a doctor thats going to baby me! I want one thats going to listen to me and hear what I am saying and be honest with me. He did just that! The wait time was perfect, less than 10 minutes and the office staff was awesome!

My husband saw Dr. Wright as a second opinion to his 78 year degenerative problems walking, severe balance issues, etc. He performed the most thorough neurological exam on him, read his test results, watched him walk down the hall with his walker, and diagnosed him with Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus Syndrome. Yes, he is abrupt, but I believe he is one of those brilliant people whose people skills are overshadowed by their concentration on a higher level than many people. Im so glad we were not put off by his mannerisms because this diagnosis has given my husband a second chance at life since a shunt was placed in his head to release the high level of pressure on his brain. We thank God for brilliant Drs. like Lance Wright!!!!

Dr. Wright listened to all of my concerns and treated my problems including problems that werent neurological. He explained everything until I understood it. I never felt rushed. He answered all of my questions and was patient with me. At each appointment, he always asks about my concerns of the past visit, making sure all of my issues are taken care of. He keeps up with my medical history, in addition to his staff. They are always willing to help me with any medical issue.

Dr.Wright was my Dr.until I moved away.Hes straight 2 the point..when I wasnt getting better,thats what he would tell me.we had our laughs and he never stopped taking care of me even after hours.Dr.Wright is a very good caring Dr.I never waited past 10 mins 2 see him...the nurses are friendly.If I was still in Tenn.he would still be my Dr.

We were given a diagnosis that seems to be right with the problems that my husband had been having, He was given meds to start if and when he has these problems again (which we hope is NEVER.) We were pleased with Doctor Wright.

Dr. Wright is a happy change for me. Not only is he professional and courteous he tells the truth. I am happier and much healthier as a result. Great staff and great doctor. Definitely would refer someone to Dr. Wright.
