Carolyne and Caitlin have been wonderful! Both are so kind, flexible and knowledgeable. They each have been a great support, not just to my children, but to our family as a whole!

I have found that every aspect of Med Psych is better than I had imagined. Dr. Sullivan is very easy to talk to and always returns messages promptly. The two people on his staff that I have had contact with Karl and Raquel and I couldn’t ask for anything better. They are extremely prompt and courteous.

I cannot say enough about Carolyne Radigan. Not only did she really listen to my 15 year old daughter, she gave her hope that she was going to get better. Carolyne is thorough and conscientious. My daughter is in the best hands. I recommend MedPsych Behavioral Health to anyone who has seen multiple professionals without results. Or anyone who just needs help, of course. We thought we had tried everything until we came here. My daughter is happy again and is able to believe she is going to thrive.

MedPsych is an amazing practice directed by Dr Mohab Hanna. We were lucky to be referred to Dr Hanna and we even travel 45 minutes to get to appointments because he is THAT good. Kind, professional, funny, caring and extremely smart and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr Hanna and MedPsych.

MedPsych is a high quality, top notch pediatric mental health provider! When we moved to the area we had a difficult time finding good providers; specifically pediatric specialists/ providers. It was even more difficult finding experienced pediatric mental health providers. It is so impt to have early intervention with any childhood mental health dx and we knew we needed to do so for our son. Any parent will also know it is impt to find specialists who have training and experience working with children and this especially true with mental health. We were so fortunate to locate MedPsych Behavioral Health. From the actual providers right down to admin, I can honestly say I have zero complaints. Our son worked with Sheena Lee and if you have a child with any mental health concerns (ADHD, ADD, spectrum, etc) and medication mgmt, Sheena is the provider to see. Her empathy, compassion, and extensive professional expertise comes through in each and every session. I felt that she not only treated our son but our family as a whole. She helped us navigate the complexities of childhood mental health diagnoses and medication mgmt and helped put us on the right path. It really does take patience and proactive professional care/guidance to see positive progress/changes. Leah and the admin team are also excellent. Within minutes/hrs you will hear back from them with any questions including rescheduling and questions for the provider. They reply back at anytime of the day/night. I was always amazed at how quickly they replied back to me. I wish every provider's office offers this level of customer service. Sheena also went above and beyond to get back to us including filling out and signing paperwork. I never had to worry about f/u w/the office bc they always made sure to get back to me ASAP and as a busy working parent I truly appreciated this aspect of MedPsych. Childhood mental health dx is a lifelong dx and it is so crucial for parent(s) to seek quality tx. MedPsych Behavioral Health will be your life long partner in helping provide the most optimal care for your child.

The staff is wonderful!

MedPsych is a very unprofessional facility. They will not follow through properly, instead send out emails and then misinterpret your emails. The lack of communication and unprofessionalism is evident. They will ask that you get an evaluation completed before they recommend medication. Once medication is recommended then they will make you consult and pay out of pocket everytime, as they are out of network. It is a scam to get you to consult with them every time and then pay more. The consultations take place as "zoom sessions" and each time you meet to consult for a follow up, you have to pay out of pocket. I would not recommend MedPsych to anyone that is seeking help especially if you already have in-network primary care. Your best bet is to get an evaluation if necessary, but do not take the recommendation for medication as they will continue to ask to meet with you and consult with you over zoom and that is not effective and that is part of the scam to pay more out of pocket. There is also a lack of professionalism from the staff. The therapists may not fully listen to your concerns instead they make you answer questions for them. This all takes place during the Zoom sessions. The lack of clarity on the kinds of medications prescribed is also evident. The admin staff will misinterpret the information and relay the information back to the therapists then call back or cancel your appointment or request. MedPsych is not a place you want to consult as they will experiment with medication and make you pay for the consultation over zoom.
