I had a breast reduction procedure with Dr Rowe in May of 2021 and it truly was a life changer! I am so grateful I finally took the leap and found Dr Rowe and his wonderful staff of nurses and administrators. The process can be a long and sometimes stressful one with insurance approvals, paperwork and doctor referrals, surgery, recovery and healing but the staff at Dr Rowe's office was so incredible and the surgery itself was smooth and quick, and I felt supported and cared for each step of the way. My back pain is gone and I am feeling so much more proportional, confident and at ease with my new size and shape. I was suffering from terrible tension headaches for years and had been talking about getting a breast reduction. Finally, I convinced myself that it had to be done so I went to Dr. Rowe. He was very knowledgeable, understanding and professional. The staff was very polite, attentive and efficient. They made sure the procedure was covered by insurance and the process for that was seamless and easy. They really walk you through every step of the way with effective communication and understanding that the process can be overwhelming for some. The procedure went amazing and recovery was not bad! About a week or two of taking it easy and I was back doing my everyday things. I am very pleased with my results and haven't had any tension headaches since! If I can leave 1 million stars to Dr. Schneider and her staff, I would. I can't say enough of Dr. Schneider. After years of neck and back pain and hating how I looked with these huge breasts, I decided to look into breast reduction. I searched for plastic surgeons in my area that accepted insurance for medically necessary breast reductions and couldn't find any until November 2020. My sister came across a billboard while driving on the highway and gave me this office number. From that day my life changed. I scheduled a virtual consultation through their site and in less than 1 hour, the patient coordinator, Nicole, contacted me. She was very sweet and professional. I sent the documents and pictures requested and 2 weeks later I had my virtual appointment with Dr. Schneider. From the moment I met her, I knew I was in good hands. She explained clearly and thoroughly, the breast reduction procedure, asked me what were my expectations, and told me she was able to accomplish my wishes and boy did she make my dreams come true. After the virtual meet, I was excited to schedule my surgery. I had to wait a few weeks to hear if the insurance will cover the procedure. They contacted me with great news that the insurance will cover. From that point I was in contact with Dr. Schneider PA, Mallory. Mallory is the most compassionate and sweetest professional that many medical offices should acquire. Any questions I had, I would email her and she would respond promptly. I would like to thank Mallory for being so kind and helping me go through this entire process and procedure with impeccable professionalism. I also want to thank Simone for her kindness when I visited their office pre and post op and the entire staff. My surgery was scheduled for February 3rd, and now it's been a month and I couldn't be happier with my results. My neck and back pain are gone, and my confidence is up the roof! ?? I've healed very well and quickly and best of all minimal scarring. Again, thank you Dr. Schneider and entire staff. I wish you all to stay safe.
