1 year old injury. Ruptured my plantar fascia and hurt my ankle badly a year ago. Limped and lived in pain for one year. Finally decided to take care of the pain and the team at this location was phenomenal. After 10 weeks I am in way less pain and am back doing cardio - walking, running. Feeling amazing. Monet and Sayda were amazing!! Thank you guys!!!

Megha and Sayda were really great at laying out a set of exercises that would help my knee. Sayda gave me one exercise that made a major impact on my 40+ year back injury. I am so appreciative of the help they provided, and their enthusiasm. Unlike other PT locations I've been, they seem to care about your progress, and though busy, attend to your needs when you are there.

The staff here are very friendly and respectful, and often put up with me whining about having to do planks. I worked with 3 different therapists here and they were all great. They deeply care about your issue and will provide exercises you can do on your own time. I went here for lower back pain, and whenever I fall off the wagon with the exercises they gave me, it comes back. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been working with Sayda for the past three weeks now and I feel such a difference in my lower back. The exercises we do really help with engaging/focusing on my core while strengthening my back. Sayda is very knowledgeable and informative. She always asks questions pertaining to my physical health after I come back for a new session. Also! Sayda is very friendly as well as the staff here at Ivy. It’s always great vibes and music!

After tweaking my back, which brought on debilitating sciatica, Abdulrahaman, Sayda, Megha, and the rest of the PT team helped me on my journey back to health. They conducted assessments along the way, provided (and updated) stretching and exercise regimens to do between appointments, and made each PT session fun even while pushing my limits. I very much appreciated that each week I was able to make progress, and got back to full (and most importantly pain-free) health!

I came here to get PT for a chronic back injury/sciatica and the team helped me so much. The therapists are very detail-oriented in terms of making sure you do your exercises correctly, and they were all very encouraging as I worked to improve. It's a smaller space, but it's typically not crowded, and they're also very good about dealing with the insurance companies to get you the maximum possible number of appointments. Much love for the whole crew, and especially Rahaman, who is awesome. If you need help, this is the place to come!

Rahaman was amazing. I had a free injury screening and he spent a lot of time with me, talking in-depth about the likely assessment of what happened, made recommendations for treatment, and even called a colleague to arrange an X-ray. Thank you so much!
