DrGiedd is the most compasasionate Dr I have ever known. She is very smart in knowing what I need. And she has always explained the options I have verses pain ma nagment. During my procedure she is very compassionate. I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks for your help.

I find the other reviews very backward from my experience. I've seen Dr. Holland for over a year now and find her and her staff very attentive, compassionate and helpful. They were especially helpful at finding pain solutions that I was comfortable with as well as options that worked with my insurance plan. I have had a positive experience with every visit and urgent call.

After an MRI (about 2 yrs. ago), it was determined I had some inflamed lower lumbar disc.. She first discussed my options and then scheduled me for a procedure to inject the Lower Lumbar Disc (3) to alleviate the inflamation. The second procedure was to target the Lower Lumbar Disc Joints hoping it would help more with my inflamation.. Both of these procedures gave only temporary relief of pain for about 3-4 months... My most recent procedure with Dr. Holland has been equally as good an experienced as any, considering the situation... Upon my request and her advise, I have chosen to undergo a Radiofrequency Ablation procedure (RFA/ Laser Surgery).. Whereby the first two procedures provided pain relief in about 3-4 days, Unfortunately the RFA (though provides relief for approx' one year) has not provided much relieve yet, two weeks after the RFA..... Today, I met with Dr. Holland, and after discussion and her diagnose, she has determined to allow more time for healing, and to meet again for further treatment should the pain persist after 30 more days..... At this time, Dr. Holland has prescript pain medication... I believe Dr. Holland has done everything possible and I am hopeful the positive effects of the RFA will start to work soon..... She has certainly done her part, and now, it may be up to this old body to help heal itself, and with her help.. Be advised, I have "fired and dismissed" other doctors in the past, for what I felt was imcompetence or lack of care.. Today, I continue to be Dr. Holland's patient, so assuming senility, has not possessed me yet, she must be doing it right!!!

My condition that causes chronic pain is not curable. Dr. Holland and staff is very attentive to my needs and the pain is managed well!

I have never had surgeries or procedures done that the Dr. didn't come out and say anything to you before hand. I have seen her one time during the initial visit and haven't seen her since. I had to call 3 different times to get intermittent fmla filled out cause it affects my attendance and evaluations at work. My HR Dept. encouraged me to have it filled out and turned in. Her nurse Melissa acted like it was an act of God to fill it out and It still hasn't been filled out and turned in. I will cancel my next follow up visit since that's another day against my attendance. I will find another Dr. that actually shows a little interest in her patients.

I thought Sadie was going to do something about my back pain. She did a MRI then said there was nothing she could do except give me those painful steroid shots in my back!! (2 needles to each nerve with nothing for season or pain)

I thought she was going to be a great dr. But I have found out other wise. Dr. Ellis put me on pain pump years ago, and now she is planning on taking g it away from me. For no known reason she is cutting it down down and I can not stand the with the 1st cut of 10%.

i'm sure you wouldn't put anyone you know through what i endured. and continue to endure!
