Dr. Neuman took the time to establish new patient care, did a thorough physical and asked more pointed questions about my medical history than all previous providers. Dr. Nueman is wise with a sense of humor and attention to detail. I am grateful to be in his care.

This office is awesome

I had 2 amazing MRI Tech’s yesterday (June 13th,2022). I have PTSD with the main feature being anxiety. The anti-anxiety med prescribed by my Dr. did not end up kicking in. I was struggling to go through with the MRI but my tech’s supported me in every way and showed me so much compassion and empathy. They gave me a cloth to put over my eyes. They checked in with me after each picture, they helped me to breathe, they gave me breaks out of the tube when I needed them. They continued to encourage me through the MRI telling me how well I was doing. I am so thankful and grateful to the 2 tech’s who were instrumental in getting me through the entire hour and a half MRI. Your staff at the MGH Waltham location are an extraordinary group of people.
