Let’s be honest, no emergency department is ideal. I will say that after having been to Gulf Coast down the road, and discharge prematurely, they stepped up to the plate quickly and provided excellent care the whole way through, including the emergency department and the admission. I did return after being discharged for some unforeseen complications, but the emergency department did absolutely everything in their power to help get me back on my feet so that I could go home and continue recovering.

I'm at Ascention Bay Medical Center.Hospital..(new).. not to be confused with Bay medical center doctor. The directions take you a little too far.to the Medical Office building..2 floor Building so you have went too far..go back to the Tall..5 floor new Building.. please update because the names are so close but one is a hospital and one is a business or doctor's office

I want to thank the Doctors, Nurses, the inflight medical team & anyone else who was involved in saving my 14 year son. Spending his birthday in the Pediatric ICU is not where any of us expected to be this Halloween. My heart dropped when I was told he was on life support while I was making the 3+ hour drive from Apalachicola to Pensacola. By the time I arrived, he was awake(no tubes!) & acting like his normal silly self! I will never be able to express the extent of my gratitude. I still have my baby boy thanks to all of you! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart ♥️

ER nurse Sylvia went above and beyond for my daughter. Shout out to Katie H. too thanks ladies!!! 💝

My mom received amazing medical treatment and service in ICU. Highly recommend for anyone.

Mom was there for a week long stay and ended up with a pacemaker. The doctors are god sent and saved her life💕💕 the nursing staff was amazing for the most part (there is always one bad apple in the bunch) but as for the other nurses and ER staff wow I love them they are amazing !!!!

Wonderful, caring staff. Doctors are professional and attentive. I have had three major and two minor surgeries there and I could not have been more pleased with the results. Recommend highly.
