I will always remember Dr. Gaila. She will always hold a special place in my heart. When I was gravely ill with an autoimmune disease in 2012, Dr. Gala provided expert care and compassion above and beyond any physician I have ever met. I feel sure that she may have saved my life.

Dr Gala is so impressive in her care for my mom. She listens actively and does not try and overpromise on treatment or cures to this chronic disease. Her intelligence is only eclipsed by her kindness and dedication to her patients.

Dr Gala is one of the best doctors I’ve had through the years. Along with professionalism, she is very kind. She’s very in tune with the needs of the patient.

Dr. Shaila Gala is a great Rhuemotologist! She is very patient and it shows that she truly cares about her patients! She shows that she is concerned about your health and wants to help in every way she can! I have only seen her 3 times and I am very impressed by her actions and how she shows she cares about your health. My husband had done some research and thought she would be a great doctor for me and he is absolutely right! Can I just say first that Dr Gala is LOVELY! Her demeanor is warm and kind. A friend of mine recommended Dr Gala, and I am so very pleased. She came in prepared and knowledgeable of my history, symptoms, previous labs, etc., and it was very apparent that she spent the time to understand the entirety of my records. My concerns were approached with compassion, and something about her is simply comforting. She was very thorough. She explained many possible causes for different symptoms, and what her plan of action was to identify such and why. All in all, I am very pleased with my experience with her and look forward to future visits, despite the circumstances.

I had to tell her the history of my finger pain, and she listens to me! She gave me the most undivided attention I needed for the time I was there. I love that is very knowledgeable and shes very detailed.. Im pleased to have met her!

I was so grateful to find Dr. Gala. She arrives in the exam room prepared, having reviewed my chart just before the appointment; by the time we speak, she is well-versed in my current condition, since I send her MyChart messages with a summary of how I’m progressing on my meds. She is very courteous to my husband when he accompanies me. Her exams are thorough and gentle. She is very willing to answer my questions and give me an honest assessment of my condition and options. If I am having pain or not feeling well, I get a return phone call from Dr. Gala’s nurse promptly, usually same day. MyChart messages are typically answered within a day, sometimes next day. I hope to have Dr. Gala on my team for many years to come!

Dr. Gala is one of the most humble, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and caring Dr. I have received care from. She takes the time to explain in detail her prognosis and reasons. You can tell she genuinely cares. Love her!

Dr Gala is bar none the most knowledgeable rheumatologist I have seen. Her demeanor is calm and she clearly cares a lot about her patients. She has up to date information on research. Highly recommend.
