I had a great experience here! I have been to many Doctor's offices and I find that compared to most, it is easy to speak to someone on the phone relatively quick. I was not in the waiting room for long, and compared to other dermatologists, Lindsey spent a good amount of time with me hearing out my concerns.

Absolutely fabulous experience!! I suffered from horrible cystic acne for years -- as an adult. Nothing worked until Courtney Donarum, APRN, tried something off-book and unusual. It worked and she has helped me maintain clear skin for years now. It may be difficult to get an appointment but that's just because they're so great!

I was looking for a local Dermatologist and I came across Starling Physicians which is right down the street from me. I called about 3 weeks ago, left a message and my number and the next day I got a call back, booked my appt was sent paperwork filled everything out and did the online part as well.. Now I am an avid reviiew person I read all reviews for everything and I forgot to read any reviews on this local place, I was just so excited that they were less than 5 minutes down the road and was able to get me in within a few weeks, other places I calledWere booking out to October!!.So I went online and started to read a bunch of reviews and to my surprise the majority of them were negative not good at all, now there is a cancellation fee if you cancel last minute and to be honest I already waited 3 weeks to get in and again so close. So I looked at the dates of the negative reviews and alot were old over 1 and 2 years ago.. Now no way was I going to cancel, so off I went to my appt I was greeted by a nice young lady who thanked me for regeristing online, she checked Donna's time and said she was running on time I could wait inside or in my car . I chose my car sat down and the phone rang and said come on in.. Super fast..I was greeted by a another nice young lady Jocelyn who walked me to my room I gave her my paperwork she thanked me for doing my part took my temp and said Donna will be right in.. Less than 2 minutes in walks Donna who was the sweetest most patient person she made me feel so comfortable put me at ease and explained my options. Gave me time to decide what I wanted to do and then we started the quick procedure, she stopped and checked on me through out and then continued.. She then told me what to do at home and we made a follow up for 1month from now.. I have to tell anyone who may be reading this review that I highly recommend Starling Physicians 100% they were All so friendly, efficient and kind!! The office was super clean and organized and I will continue to use them and recommend them to All.. This is definitely a case of where I am glad I did NOT listen to the old reviews as I would rate them a 5* out of 5*. If you need a dermatologist who knows her stuff friendly and efficient office then this is your place !!! A++++ THANK YOU TO THE OFFICE AND DONNA YOU GUYS WERE FANTASTIC !! See you next month..

Staff is friendly! I brought my child in for a plantar wart and Dr Donna was amazing. She Gave us advice on how to get rid of it comfortably without freezing it! Thank you!

Hold time is not too long from what i have experience vs rhe other reviews. I wish they let us know that although they say they allow 2 guest with the patient they actually dont. But other than that we have had a good experience.
