WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!
My husband had an appointment today and it was awesome. His appointment was at 9:10 with Dr. McCann and we were all done by 10:15 am (including the purchase of a new pair of glasses.)
At first he was a little confused with the check in Kiosk but it was actually faster than filling out a form or providing his personal information to a receptionist.
We went to the optical shop to browse at the glasses as we waited. The optical manager, Patricia, was extremely helpful! She noticed he was wearing a pair of Nike frames and she was able to quickly find similar frames that he might like. She was very knowledgeable about the frames and styles that would look good on him.
The technician, Cathy S, was really friendly and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised that the wait time was less than 5 minutes after we were in the exam room. The doctor was very thorough with the exam. She even took the time to answer some questions he had.
The check out staff was friendly and scheduled his follow up appointment to fit his very busy schedule. I was so impressed that I scheduled an appointment for myself.
Finally, we went back to the optical shop to order his glasses and we couldn't believe the selection of frames the optician had pulled for him. She had 6-8 frames and they all looked great! We finally selected a pair of Náutica frames that we probably would have never even looked at. He looked so HANDSOME
So much better than a retail shop!
