I've only been once so far due to my own negligence, I had a bad issue with my eyes That was mistreated by previous doctors. I saw Dr. Donna Vann , she helped me big time And she is soo sweet, she made me feel very cared for. I am so very grateful to her ‼

Have been going here for awhile now. I see Dr. Pappavasilio for my eye care. I have found him to be very thorough & explains things to me in a way I can understand. He always has time to answer my many questions & will listen to my concerns & address them as needed. He will always try to find a solution to any concern I have. I feel totally at ease with my eye care from Dr. Pappavasilio. I also have to commend his assistant Stephanie who also goes out of her way to help . During this Covid-19 issue, she coordinated mine & my husbands care, so we could speak to the doctor at the same time. I wouldnt go anywhere else !!

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! My husband had an appointment today and it was awesome. His appointment was at 9:10 with Dr. McCann and we were all done by 10:15 am (including the purchase of a new pair of glasses.) At first he was a little confused with the check in Kiosk but it was actually faster than filling out a form or providing his personal information to a receptionist. We went to the optical shop to browse at the glasses as we waited. The optical manager, Patricia, was extremely helpful! She noticed he was wearing a pair of Nike frames and she was able to quickly find similar frames that he might like. She was very knowledgeable about the frames and styles that would look good on him. The technician, Cathy S, was really friendly and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised that the wait time was less than 5 minutes after we were in the exam room. The doctor was very thorough with the exam. She even took the time to answer some questions he had. The check out staff was friendly and scheduled his follow up appointment to fit his very busy schedule. I was so impressed that I scheduled an appointment for myself. Finally, we went back to the optical shop to order his glasses and we couldn't believe the selection of frames the optician had pulled for him. She had 6-8 frames and they all looked great! We finally selected a pair of Náutica frames that we probably would have never even looked at. He looked so HANDSOME So much better than a retail shop!

My 8 yr old had his first real eye exam in the N.Andover office. Everyone from the minute we walked into the office to the minute we walked out were friendly, professional and great with my son! We did not make a purchase at this location.

I came to your practice about a year ago after my insurance changed. Everyone there has been great to deal with, but someone that goes above and beyond is Andrea D (mostly at the N. Andover Shop). I just picked up my forth pair of glasses, I have never had that many current scripts at one time! Andrea has me enthused about my eye wear and she works so hard to make sure my glasses come in PERFECT. My latest pair that I ordered, Andrea actually had to send hers to the lab to show them the EXACT color tint that I wanted. You rock Andrea!

I just wanted to leave a quick review to say that two women (unfortunately I don't know their names :-( ) that work in the optical shop are amazing. I have had some issues with my glasses over the past month, so much so I had to go in on Christmas Eve, and they have just been so helpful and so nice.

This review is for the optical shop. Was in today with broken frames, the day before Thanksgiving. Have Trisha a call right at 8AM, she said to come in and see if she could match the lens to a frame. Once I arrived Trisha was right there to help. She spent about 30 minutes searching for and configuring a frame that fit the existing lens. The service was outstanding and Trisha was the nicest person I've dealt with in a long time. I wasn't a current customer but will be when it's time for my next eye exam. Great job and to Trish, you made my day.

Being new to the area Despite the bad reviews, I went into The Optical Shop with my sons broken glasses which were not purchased here. The girls were more than happy to help repair his glasses. The customer service was so good it resulted in the purchase of a new pair for him. Thank you!

Lawrence office is large and very clean, the staff and doctors were very knowledgeable. When you arrive definatly check-in using their touch screen system it was a breeze! The entire proccess was simple and efficient, I definitely recommend this practice...

I had last minute appointment with a very short wait. The office staff and Doctor were pleasant and personable. The check out process was simple and quick with no payment surprises. I would definitely recommend Tallman Eye to others.
