Firstly, WHAT a dreary, unwelcoming atmosphere. The only staff member who had a spark of life/light was the assistant who brought me into the doctors room. She was a pleasure to engage with, happy to answer my questions.
The doctor, Melissa Mohammad OD, could not have had a more superficial, unapproachable, dismissive, patronizing countenance; clearly just ‘going through the motions’. Very heavy energy. I well understand, and make lots of room for, the varied states of human being - but this doctor seemed bothered to answer my questions. If I’m employing a service from a doctor, I expect that educating me as per my questions is part of that exchange.
Lastly, I’m always baffled by the irony of how unhealthy many of those who work in the ‘health’ industry look and behave..as they dish out arrogant, hypocritical, ill-informed advice🤦♀️
I will not be returning. I prefer an environment that models a truly healthy approach and atmosphere. One in which the ‘patient’ (aka customer) is treated with value and respect.
