Tallman Eye Associates

It’s very surprising to see all of the bad reviews. I have had a terrific experience with Tallman Eye. Thankfully I got in right away in 2022 to see Dr. Botero and my glaucoma was caught. I’ve been on drops ever since following up every few months. Unfortunately my eye pressure wasn’t going down so Dr. Botero got me in immediately for laser Trabeculoplasty (SLT) I was SO nervous! But his staff was amazing they didn’t speak down to me they were very informative as was Dr.Botero, he always takes his time with me to explain everything. My procedure went off without any problems just like he said I would walk out saying “oh, that wasn’t bad” Now I just have to wait and follow up with him and hopefully I won’t need any more procedures. Thank you Dr.Botero & Staff!!!

I was in town for a funeral and had lost one contact lens the day of the funeral! I called Tallman Eye Associates and explained my situation. They were sooo helpful, I believe Patricia helped me out. I arrived and got trials and was out all within an hour. I was so incredibly grateful, because I was already not in a great place emotionally and mentally. Thank you so much Tallman!

I was there today to accompany my partner which meant I sat in the waiting area. I got the chance to watch one of the optician by the name Kim interact with patients who were getting glasses. I like share how great she was the patients. You could tell she loves her job and and ix the patients are extremely important important to her. She hoest about the fit and only recommends what is actually needed. I had a pair of glasses that I need for driving which were broken. After seeing her work ethic I went over to ask how much the repair for my glasses would be she was honest and told me that she might be able to fix them. She did exactly that she fixed my glasses, clean them told me to take care of them and did not charge me anything. Thank you so much Kim it was a pleasure to see you working and enjoying your job they should be more people like l you.

The people in the optical shop are incredible. My 3 year old son needed prescription glasses and was having a very hard time with cooperating. They were very patient, kind, and understanding. They also readjusted his glasses many times and eventually even ordered a new better pair that would be a better and more comfortable fit for him without charging me. They are so kind and professional. I am so thankful for all their help. They went so above and beyond to help my son.

I want to shout out to Kimberly Cole. The optical shop was closing and when she saw me come through the door she stopped what she was doing and stayed on to help me. Not only was she a professional she was very kind and caring. She went above and beyond by staying late to help me and also expedite my prescription.

I have been employed at Tallman Eye Associates for 5 years now. This company promotes skill building and company growth. I have had great memories made here and have developed very good relationships. Working in this fast-paced office can have days of chaos, but all medical office can. I enjoy the patients and coworkers I work with. I am happy and grateful to be a part of the Tallman Eye Associates team.

Looking at all these review is very disappointing. My mom had cataract surgery with Dr. Pappavaselio and we had a great experience. My mom was welcomed with such a pleasure and kind smile. Even with the mask on you can notice the smile. His entire team was awesome. I can say what blew my mind was the assistant wiped my mom eyes after with so much care. I go every year with my children because of contacts and the assistant puts drops in and I have never seen any of the wipe the excess drops that fall.(Not at Tallman eye associates). She was such a lovely warm person and very professional. I wish I remembered her name so I can let her know how comfortable she made my mom feel. It might be Maria. She had beautiful blonde curls. What’s funny is that my mom told me to ask her what her trick with putting drops in. His other assistant was also a doll I remember her name cause it’s my daughters name. Stephanie. Dr Pappavaselio was extremely knowledgeable about everything step by step. I can really say this place was absolutely amazing to us for this process. Me and my family are extremely Thankful for everything you all did. My mom and our family can’t thank you enough.

I had some reservations based on some of the negative reviews, but a local optometrist that I trust strongly recommended a surgeon at Tallman so I decided to go there for cataract surgery. Best decision in my life. My experience, over quite a number of visits in Lawrence, Salem and Nashua, was consistently positive. They carefully followed all of the Covid-19 protocols. All of the technicians were highly professional and very competent, and always willing to take the time to answer my questions and explain the exam results and the options I should consider. It's an experienced team and they clearly know what they're doing. My surgeon, Dr. DeAngelis, is nothing short of gifted. The attention she gave to getting it exactly right was so impressive. It has been 5 months since my surgeries and I could not be happier with the results. They call it 20-happy vs 20/20, and I completely agree. If you're getting cataract surgery, I strongly recommend making the investment to explore multi-focal IOLs. If I'd known the outcome was going to be so awesome I would have done this years ago. I would give this business 10 stars if I could!

We love dr Yanni and have been with him for many years. We have been to Lawrence, Haverhill, North-Andover, it doesn't really matter where we go. The only thing open for improvement is the check in system. Other than that, we are extremely happy with the care we receive.

This place is amazing starting with the secure check in process with sanitizing and temperature checks to the wonderful nurse Kathy and outstanding Dr Aileen Maria I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know
