Dr Kristen is amazing!!! She was very attentive to my situation and showed a great deal of understanding and empathy. The medical assistant( I believe her name was Jade, with curly hair..??) Was also very helpful and accommodating. Both have reassured me every visit and I leave feeling at ease. I cant thank you enough! If you want exceptional and helpful, go see Dr Kristin!! The front desk also has great customer service and mannerism. That is always appreciated! I would say the wait time there is a bit long but the last couple visits I have been seen promptly. Each day is different depending on the traffic of visit.

I seem to regularly post reviews of The Dermatology Specialists, but they keep surprising me. The bump that I thought was nothing but a facial blemish turned out to be cancerous. I was immediately connected to their clinic in the Village, where surgeries take place. The procedure was quite intense, but successful. As a result when I got a new bump on my nose, I went within two days. Dr. Kennedy found another small bump I hadn't even noticed. All has ended well, but I am continually overwhelmed with how thorough the Dermatology Specialists are.

Easily to find the office. Office is nice and clean. Front desk personnels are friendly and helpful. Medical assistant is polite. Dr. Persaud is very sweet and has a excellent treatment plan for me. Everything is impressive for me.

I came to Dermatologist's Specialist looking for a new doctor, as I couldn't wait until October to see my usual one due to a bad eczema flare-up. I needed to get treated quickly and get my ointment, so I was glad to find out they're open 7 days a week with convenient hours. The office itself is very cute and comfortable. The reception staff was super friendly--they greeted me, took me in right away, and the check-in process was smooth. I didn't have to wait long, which was a relief. The doctor was great--very thorough, asked about my history, and offered helpful suggestions for moving forward. Overall, the experience was really pleasant, and I even got a little goody bag! I'd definitely consider coming back just because of the convenience. The location is good, the hours are flexible, and the office runs very smoothly. Highly recommend if you need quick and quality care!
