Really surprised by the negative reviews here so decided to drop in and give my own. Belonging to the healthcare profession myself, we tend to pick up on the workings of a clinic or hospital almost on a subconscious level. For me, Dr Hannam’s team was phenomenal. From the front desk staff to the nurses to the sonographers and we phlebotomists, everyone was professional. Dr Hannam himself was quite knowledgeable and very upfront about what his best recommendation would be in our case but he did throughly discuss any other options we wanted to explore. For something that was supposed to be a very anxious process, I was very pleased with the fact that we went with him because his entire team took great care of us. I would recommend this clinic and physician in a heartbeat.

Excellent, compassionate and professional doctor. I don't agree with the negative reviews as I was never treated like a number or a dollar sign, not once. I was with this clinic for over two years and I was treated with dignity and respect. My case was complex and Dr. Hannam worked tirelessly to find a solution to give me the best odds. He also was realistic and never took the toxic positivity approach or made promises since infertility treatment is a crapshoot, you just never know. Dr Hannam explained all options to us and never pushed ones just because of cost. He sincerely cared about our outcome and because of the efforts of him and his team, we now have a healthy baby boy. I can't recommend him enough.

Dr. Hannam is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. He is also a straight shooter - which was very welcome given the issues we are dealing with. After 3 years of disappointment using a different clinic, I am happy to have finally had my first child under the care of Dr. Hannam. I am looking forward to trying for a second.

Although people seem to be writing terrible reviews about this place I can only say good things. I've been a patient with them for over 4 years. They are very busy and use teams to work with patients therefore freeing up the drs to focus on what they should be doing. The nurses who are part of your team are extremely hard working and do a great job. The facilities are amazing and the environment welcoming. We had our daughter in 2016 thanks to them.

Hannam Fertility Clinic have been amazing. I have done 8 rounds of IVF before I found them and I wish it happened sooner. Dr Hannam is so lovely and completely nonjudgmental. His staff are incredibly professional. I was with 3 other fertility clinics before this one.

Going through infertility is lonely and terrifying . Dr. Hannam and his team make the process much more manageable. I went through IVF with this clinic and the staff could not have done enough to help me feel more comfortable. They always answered all my questions very quickly. Dr Hannam also called me directly and provided excellent advice regarding a very difficult situation. Dr Hannam is not only brilliant in his field, he is actually a kind and caring human being. Any procedures so far have been painless and with an easy recovery when applicable. I am truly grateful for Dr Hannam and his clinic. Without their support, encouragement and compassion, I would have given up by now. Yes this clinic is expensive, but if you are able to afford the prices it’s 100% worth it. Believe me, I have done my research. There is a reason the IVF government funding wait is long here, Dr Hannam is the best in the city, if not in Canada. If you are reading this because you are looking for a RE, I am truly sorry you are going through this. Rest assured, if you go with Dr Hannam you are truly in the best hands.

Dr. Hannam is an amazing doctor. He shows up to every appointment prepared and he is beyond knowledgeable. My husband & I both feel as though we are his only patients simply because of the amount of support and personalized information he gives us at each appointment.
