Toni Richards-Rowley

We have been going to Dr. Toni for just under 4 years. She as well as her staff, are always so wonderful, patient and kind. They are so helpful and nice. I have yet to have any issues with getting appointments, and bonus, they actually run on time!

Dr.Richards-Rowley and her staff are awesome. She was awesome with my new baby boy. We are first time parents so we had a lot of questions and concerns. They are great at addressing my concerns regarding my newborn son. She and Nurse Tiffany listens and never makes us feel dumb. The nurses take good care of my son. Dr. Richards-Rowley had even stayed late to see my son.

We have been going to Dr Richards-Rowley for almost 11 years. We love her! We have never had an unpleasant experience. She is professional and caring. She has always been spot on with her diagnoses. The staff is great too. It's growing, but Jackie has been there the longest. She is always welcoming. Just this week she went above and beyond for me with paperwork that I needed. In an area with so many people, I love that I can count on Kids First Pediatric to treat us like family.

I love this Dr!!! She is knowledgeable, caring, understanding, prompt. She cares for my kids as if they were her own. I'm always able to get help when I call the office whether by her or her wonderful staff.

She really seemed to care about my well being. After reading some of these reviews, its upsetting to see that people think she is supposed to be a wizard. She has laws to abide by, and she cant just do what she wants. I was reccomended to her by a friend, who was recommended to her by a friend, and i will never regret going to see her at her office.

I am so happy that I found Dr. Richards. She, and her staff, is caring, yet professional. They always have time to see my children when they are ill, and has properly referred us to a specialist when necessary.

The doctor has been seeing my daughter from the day 1 when she was born. Overall I am satified with the doctor.

My experience with this Dr was on a personal level, she is very nice. On a professional level I lost trust in her ability to properly diagnosis little patients. She does not run the appropriate test's based on the symptoms. She could make more of an effort to " confidently " diagnose.
