Our toddler had an allergic reaction while we were on vacation in Duck and we showed up just minutes before they closed. They saw us within a few moments, and everyone was very attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. He even got a popsicle on the way out. All around, this was a positive end to a scary experience.

I went to Urgent Care about three days after sustaining a bad sunburn that resulted in blistering. The staff was very attentive and understanding. Wait time was a bit long, but the waiting room was somewhat full, so the wait time was understandable. They got me back there in a timely manner.When I was taken back, the nurse I had went out of her way to make sure that she didn’t irritate my burns when taking blood pressure and was very compassionate despite my stupidity. (Please wear sunscreen, especially down here.)Anyway, I highly recommend if you’re in need of an urgent care.

Honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had with urgent care. We were in and out and our nurse and doctor were extremely sweet and patient with me. I have a fear of the doctor and they made my experience so easy. I’m very thankful!

While visiting Outer Banks, we took our toddler son here because he had a high fever. Everyone we interacted with there was friendly and efficient. They had good covid protocols and got us in and out quickly. They were also helpful when we called the next day to ask a few follow up questions. Definitely recommend this urgent care practice!

We had a great experience. I brought in my two year old and they were kind and fast. They diagnosed her with strep right away. My son and husband were also sick so when I said they were coming in they told me to call if we were close to closing time and they would let them in. We had trouble getting the prescriptions filled because the pharmacies were closed so they filled some for us there. They really went above and beyond to take care of my very sick family.

Everyone that I met at this facility was courteous and efficient. They were very friendly to a nervous patient. Robert was excellent both in knowledge and mannerism. Lisa (X-ray) was easy to talk with. I had a great experience here.

We had a smooth and flawless experience at this Urgent Care. Support Staff, Nurses, Xray Tech and PA were all kind and efficient. No wait time to get in to be seen. Thorough exam and explanation from very kind PA. Labs and Xray results done quickly and passed to the PA who confirmed her diagnoses and explained treatment and meds. Overall an A+ experience.

Just had a great experience at this urgent care! The staff was smart, friendly, and accommodating. Covid testing was very organized and efficient. Grateful for the care we received from doctors and nurses here.

Went at 6:30pm on a Thursday and was out by 7:15pm. Probably just good timing but they were friendly and efficient. Everyone was helpful and good at their jobs. When I called, they let me know that it was a good time to go. I like that kinda tip. PA was also friendly and gave excellent care. I would not hesitate to go there again. Facility was very clean.

Not often you give a 5 star review for urgent care..but this place rocked! Made an appointment, seen on time by friendly and professional staff. Quickly diagnosed and treated and was out the door in under 40 mins. Keep up the great work guys!!
