The doctors visit with Melissa was great. However I had a virtual follow up with a nurse or doctor I cannot recall who was very awkward on the call and never sent the prescription to the pharmacy as she said she would.

Why set 8AM appointments if your doors don’t open till 7:55AM? Most people get to appointments 15 minutes early.. so are patients required to just wait outside? Where there’s no coverage or seating area? Your patients are literally getting sicker due to your tardiness or lack of care. We can see you waiting in your cars as patients who were dropped off by rideshare shiver in the cold or sweat in the heat. Ridiculous.
