Truly a blessing to have my primary care so close to the house. I trust my doctor completely at the southside location not only answer my questions but explain everything so clearly that i leave feeling better, less anxious and hopeful for the future. They always show genuine interest in me as a person an are so welcoming. Made my day today, the ladies at the front are the best in my opinion.

Mrs. BEARD I CAME IN. I AM A DIABETIC. I HAD MY SUGAR'S BEEN RUNNING HIGH. I WAS VERY EMOTIONAL. SHE CALMED ME DOWN. SHE INSURED ME THAT IT'LL BE OKAY. WE CORRECTED SOME OF THE MEDS LISTEN TO WHAT I HAD TO SAY. HOW THINGS WERE GOING? BUT AGAIN SHE COMFORT ME THEN SAID THAT EVERYTHING BE OKAY. AND I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT.

I was glad to finally visit the Roosevelt location and see Dr. Beard. It's much closer to home. Check in was easy and Dr. Beard gave me some good knowledge about navigating Medicare and my diabetes treatment. I definitely recommend them.

The visit did not go as smoothly, paper work problems so therefore a longer waiting time. Dr Beard was not able to complete her evaluation so we rescheduled back in two week(high blood pressure).
