recently had a new patient appointment and it was basically a complete waste of time. I called the scheduling line, they are much much more concerned with your ability to pay than anything else, no problem, I have good insurance. I made it very clear what I needed to see a provider for, I was scheduled with a provider who, after about a thirty minute wait, told me she didnt treat my condition and I would have to see another provider. Was able to schedule that appointment before I left the office. Not great. Also paid a co-pay for the first appointment, and the second appointment...so it seems they plan to charge me and my insurance for that waste of time. Not impressed with this group so far, but im lazy and they get you in quickly....not that they're able to do anything for you once you're in.

Always been great. But today I thought I had a copay and they didn't have change, so I started walking to a nearby store, and the PA at the front window actually ran outside after me, to lemme know I DIDN'T have a copay. She kept me from a frustrating walk for proper change. Tamia was her name.

Dr Santoy is good at proscribing meds. Except she is not physically checking me. She is only verbally viewing me. She is listening but not really looking at my over health. I'm not exactly sure what I'm paying for. Maybe it's best to just do video calls and save me the time and gas.
