I had a great experience during my recent visit. The doctor was very attentive, patient, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns without rushing. Everything was explained clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The staff was also friendly and professional, and the overall environment was clean and welcoming. I truly appreciate the level of care I received and would definitely recommend this office to others.

Terrible service do not recommend, You schedule an appointment and they call you not even 24 hours in advance and cancel the appointment then want to charge you 50$ for not showing up to the appointment. They do not stick with there scheduling, and charge you when you don't show up to your appointment where's the professionalism in that!

A few things that have persuaded me to no longer use hillside primary care as my healthcare provider. 1. I received a $50 cancellation fee for rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours. Now, Hillside will say that this is stated on their website when you make an appointment, I would argue that it isn’t large or clear enough, as I’ve been going here for years. Secondly, I didn’t see any sort of pop up or message when I rescheduled online - this gives me the indication that hillside isn’t concerned with rescheduling as long as they get their money. 2. I was asked multiple times about receiving an EKG during my appointment?? No one provided any reasoning as to why I needed one, so it gave off a “sales pitch” type of ask. Which isn’t what I want from a doctors office. 3. I’ve been advised to get labs and have been told you don’t need to schedule an appointment, but also the person who does lab takes lunch around 12/1?? So I haven’t been confident that I can go during a workday and someone will be there. All in all hillside may work for some folks, but personally, I’m looking at finding a different provider.

Dylan at the Stone Oak location is always so helpful. It's hard to balance mashing a front desk, patient concerns and a good attitude. Anytime I've been in that office he has been extremely helpful and always has a positive attitude with patients. He is definitely appreciated by this patient.
