Great doctors, i had Dr. Nancy Hill and she was incredibly sweet and worked with me on pricing. Its not often that I’ve found a doctor who is genuinely motivated by my input and opinions. She made sure that my treatment was specifically tailored to my needs, and was super collaborative. I hope all of my future doctors are like her :) thank you Dr. Hill!

Wojciech has been valuable beyond words over these past ~4 yrs helping me to navigate through a multitude of life and family challenges. Although the therapist was great to work with, the billing department was a nightmare and after 5 months, cannot correctly bill my insurance in-network. I have called billing monthly, and they say they understand their own error, but have yet to bill new appointments correctly, let alone fix the previously billed appointments. Now my therapist, which I really value, is now leaving LifeStance, also because of their inept business office. Unless using insurance is unimportant, steer clear.

Life Stance Sucks. I deeply regret contacting them for help. They are not at all helpful, apparently hate their patients and don't want to be a place of healing. I was a telephone patient for sixty days , end result was basically the opposite of therapy! More stress and tears because I couldn't get into their mobile app systems. Had to pre pay multiple times for each appt and then still get shut out and no provider. You're treated great up front as a new patient and then afterwards if you have questions or issues they will refuse to speak to you. Keep on hold 30 mins and hang up. Random billing on weekends when theres no one at the office. There's no way to get ahold of any customer service help.And they treat you very mean if you do get a hold of anyone.

I have been wanting finally do something about my mental health after getting insurance this year. Dr. Nancy Hill has been fantastic. She's really easy to talk to and helped me get my ADHD somewhat under control at long last.
