Their software and communication is really convoluted and there’s no way to cancel an appointment without calling them, so don’t you dare schedule an intake the Tuesday after a holiday weekend or chances are you’ll be out $75, because their cancellation policy is nowhere to be found on their website or in the mass texts and emails they send you. If you don’t figure this out four days before your appointment you’re out of luck. Also, they will cancel your appointment automatically if you don’t have a digital card on file, even if you’re planning on going in person, even if you can’t do it directly on the website and have to rummage through your email to find the exact link that you’re supposed to use to do it. Mind you this was all for an intake, so no free consultation I guess. Hopefully they figure out how to use their own software, in the meantime, just go somewhere else.

I was sent here for psych testing by my insurance and made an appointment through Lifestance in September. The first available date was early next year so I prepared myself for another five months of gritted teeth and white knuckles. Just yesterday, over two months after creating the appointment, I received a phone call informing me my provided provider doesn't actually offer a portion of the testing I'm scheduled for. They also don't have any other providers that accept my insurance, and they will be cancelling my appointment. No alternative solutions or options offered, just cancelled. I'm appalled yet unsurprised that ball got dropped so hard. I'd cry if I could.

Moving from Massachusetts I had no idea where to go. My new PPC referred me. I saw Sara Beth for the first time. I felt so comfortable talking with her. It was like I wads talking to an old friend. I know that she can help me. Also kudos to the office environment. Nothing like I have ever seen. Very home like when you enter.
