I would never recommend this mockery to anyone with a mental health concern. They focus on one type of customer, people without life or death issues. If you're a mostly typical person that dislikes their job this is the place for you. If you are depressed and need help, run as far as you can from this place. They have the mentality that they've seen it all and know exactly what you need without considering your opinions or history. They lie about what they are offering and then use it against you, at the first sign of friction they will drop you as a patient. Do yourself a favor and find help elsewhere. There is a lot of them telling you your problems and very little listening to how you feel or think. I'm guessing there are some good mental health professionals but I didn't find them, I found two people that did not listen to me for one minute and made assumptions after one session each. It is unsurprising in hindsight as my insurance company recommended them, not a peer or anyone I knew. It sickens me to think they are actively licensed to offer medical advice to individuals that are potentially a risk to themselves and truly need help.
