Great people. They really care a lot
My child and I drove up from Douglas County so he could be tested. The appointment was at 7:30 am. We had to leave by 5:30am. We arrived at 7:15 and the building is locked. We can’t get in, no one will let us in. There is no special instructions in the email. Finally at 7:40 we follow someone in to be told we can’t go up the elevator without a key fob. This turned out to be wrong so we eventually just take the elevator and make it to the office. The receptionist doesn’t seem to understand why I’m upset that we’re late and how stressful it was and it turns out the psychologist that is to test my son is not in the office either. I’m stressed out and upset and try to explain this to the psychologist to be told the tests take a long and time and need to be started…. Maybe because they were late-r than we were? They wanted to discuss it later and said they would ‘tell their manager my concerns’. Fine. Tell your manager. I’m also leaving a bad review. The testing is stressful enough. Many thanks to LifeStance for scheduling us super early and providing no guidance on how to enter a locked building that doesn’t open until 8am. Also, thanks to your psychologist for arriving late. I would rate you a zero based on this. Zero stars, I do not recommend. No one in the office seems to care.
I love my counselor with Life Stance!! She is always there for me and it’s really easy to book appointments in advance. She cares and will listen to you and always has advice and guidance for me. I have been seeing her for over 5 years now. It’s really nice not to have change councilors all the time. I give them 5 stars!!!
My therapist is amazing. I have always been able to book an appointment when needed. The office staff are kind.
New therapist, again! This makes my fourth, because the others left
Very professional. I’m a 20 year vet and working with a company outside of the military I was a little skeptical but is actually better than any therapy I had in the 20 years.
Excellent counselors. Very useful techniques for coping with anxiety and stress. Highly recommend!
I have worked with a therapist since February of this year. She has gotten me through alot of dark places. When she changed her schedule, she found a perfect match for ny next therapist.
I've had an exquisite experience so far. I am continually learning more about myself and discovering issues hidden to me from the past. Stephanie S is amazing and deeply intelligent and well suited to the job.
I have a wonderful therapist but when we first established our relationship, she worked for a small, local practice before Life Stance bought them out. It’s been a billing nightmare ever since they took over and I’ve chosen to suspend treatment until it’s cleared up. And if that doesn’t happen I’ll have to find a new practice and start from scratch. It began during the summer when I received the first bill I’ve ever received and it showed a 120 day delinquency and a ‘threat’ I would be sent to collections. When I questioned it they said it was an error because co pays only apply to on campus appointments and mine have all been telemedicine visits since we began more than a year ago. For the past few months since receiving that bill, I’ve repeatedly been told I don’t owe anything and the co pays have been removed only to receive a new bill that’s even higher because they keep re-billing me for the co pays they’ve told me I don’t owe and have removed. To make it more confusing, apparently billing information needs to be updated or clarified with my insurance company because my EOB’s show a name other than my therapist. My insurance company has assured me they are aware of the name issue and working to get updated information from Life Stance. So while I would love to recommend the psychologist who has been working with me, I cannot in good conscience recommend Life Stance.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
