therapy is excellent. online tech does the job reliably. billing was a nightmare for a year but they finally straightened out the overlords' attempt to sneak a year of full price charges on me. so it's a great service, but as with all health insurance in America: watch your money.

The phone operator that I spoke to back in December was very nice but the one today (Jan 31, 2025) was absolutely rude. According to her they do not do evaluations but that’s not what I was told in December.
