love the front desk ladies, very sweet and a good place to go

This was my first visit to Baycare at the 66th Street location and based on prior reviews I was a bit nervous. However I was so impressed with the efficiency, professionalism and dedication of the staff. If you need medical care, give them a chance like me. I had a rash and an ear infection which I was previously told by Teledoc was an allergy and something a shampoo would help. Within a few minutes speaking to Tom (NP) he knew what the issue was, examined it himself and told me what prescription was needed. Just wow! I was in and out within 30 minutes… what else can I ask for. Here’s what I would advise-fill your paperwork in advance and have your id and insurance card ready to go.

I highly recommend Dr. Zini and Nurse Tuan. I feel very comfortable sharing my medical information and being examined. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful, especially Sonya!

I was surprised to see the rating so low. Maybe they have new staff or I went on a good day but when I scheduled my first visit, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I did have to wait a few weeks for a new patient appt. When I arrived to my appt, I was seen on time at 3 pm. I honestly thought that late in the afternoon I would be waiting for a while, but that didn't happen. Nurse Grace was friendly and surprisingly not in a rush. Dr. Zini actually listened and looked over my records. I didn't feel rushed and overall a great experience.

I'm a patient of Dr. Zini and he's been so understanding and helpful with whatever I come in for. The office staff is really kind and welcoming and overall a nice environment to be in.

I never leave reviews, but I had such a great experience here that I had to leave a little note! Dr. Zini is the best primary care physician I have ever seen. I feel so blessed to have found him. He actually takes the time to listen to you and explains things in great detail. I never felt rushed, and he answered all of my questions. The nurses are also top notch- especially Grace :)

Have been to this location twice this year. Friendly staff, never have to wait long, scripts called into Pharmacy immediately. Fast/efficient service!

Close by and Dr Zini has been an excellent primary physician. We like his personal touch and we never feel hurried. I would definitely recommend !

A great BayCare office with Drs. Tran and Pourelek. Their front office staff, especially Dawn, are helpful and compassionate. Appointments are mandatory but you rarely are waiting for more than 10 minutes. Glad to have them nearby.

I went to Bartow emergency and was transferred to Lakeland. in the two hours I spent at Bartow I received more information than the two weeks I was in & out of Lakeland regional. Bartow is one of the best they truly care if you ever been to Lakeland regional you can tell the difference immediately, they don’t seem to care it’s just a job and don’t explain anything. I only wish Bartow was bigger to do more procedures so I can avoid Lakeland altogether. Keep up the fantastic work everyone at Bartow Are friendly caring and great
