Very nice people from checking in to visit. Didn't know what to expect on finding out more of a rash that would not go away after a long time. I was surprised about dry skin and Diabetes what could develop. A Rash could be an indication of something more serious I thought, an indication. Was given a prescription to ease "itching" that seems insanely bothering me and it was hard not to touch. It has helped with that cream and going back for follow-up to determine if it will go away. Was also prescribed a moisturizing cream which I love great for people with Diabetes or sensitive dry skin. It helps holding moisture on skin. The P.A. has a very knowledgeable base of experience and background and everyone was Very Professional from checking in to the Dr/PA visit! AND a Pharmacy right there in their office. You don't have to search around on a prescription. I was pleased to get help on this rash that has bothered me all day then at night too! I have follow-up soon to determine if this is the right treatment.

I arrived at 9:40. My appointment was at 9:50. I was seen at 10:45, no updates during that waiting period, with apologies for the wait. I was out the door at 10:50, with a suggestion to follow up with one of their surgeons in the northwest suburbs for a very non-complex cyst. The surgeons could fit me in in November. My visit was a frustrating waste of time. Everyone was very nice, visit was unhelpful.

This is the first Dermatology I've ever been to and they have made my experience with it an absolute great one. All of the staff are pleasant, the whole building has a great atmosphere, they take their jobs seriously, and they do their job quick and efficiently. Would definitely recommend to many!❤️

The office is so bright and modern. It has such a clean feel it. There was no wait time. I was seen immediately and that includes the room. Lily (MA) is attentive and friendly. Shannon (PA) is pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm glad I found this office. I will continue to be a patient for a long time.
