I was treated quickly and effectively by a friendly staff

I saw Doctor Altman at the Park Ridge office. I had concerns about a possible skin cancer condition on my face . Doctor Altman and the entire staff were professional and patient in explaining what steps would be taken to diagnose the problem. Doctor Altman put me at ease with his approach to my problems . He did not rush through the appointment and took his time with his assessment and explanation of my condition. If you are looking for a clinic and doctor for your skin care needs . I would recommend Doctor Altman and the Illinois Dermatology Institute in Park Ridge

This was my first visit this office. I saw Dr Jeffrey Altman who was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, along with his staff. He diagnosed my skin problem and wrote a prescription to treat my skin. I have another appointment with him in one month.

This was my first time coming to the Illinois dermatology institute to see Kim McCoy to get cosmetic work done. I truly had the best experience not only was the service amazing but Kim was so friendly, personable and actually took the time to listen to what I was looking for. She taught me all about the products she was using and why they were beneficial to me specifically, she was very meticulous and took her time - I didn’t feel rushed and she honestly just cared about the client and her work that she was sending out into the world for others to see. She even went outside of the service being provided and helped answer some questions about skin/acne problems I wanted to address and provided recommendations for specific products/treatments to address those concerns. Truly all around amazing experience - I would definitely recommend Kim to anyone looking to get cosmetic work done alone with many other things. I will definitely be back!

I have been a patient of Dr. Mandrea for many years. He is professional and skilled with an awesome bedside manner. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Sometimes, leaving a message with the office staff is a bit frustrating due to lack of returned calls. Somewhere the message chain gets messed up. However, I believe that the medical care I receive is exceptional!

I had 2 questionable spots on my face that I wanted to make sure weren’t cancerous. Dr. Altman checked both spots and explained what they were and assured me they were nothing to worry about. He also checked other areas like my arms and back for any other moles (I have a lot of them) that might look questionable. I like Dr. Altman. His pleasant personality and the time he takes with you to explain your situation is top notch.

I have had a great experience here with Lauren Bernardi. She is very personable and knowledgeable. What I like most is that they really do honor the appointment times and care about 1) not over booking and 2) providing a seamless experience. Although I wish it was easier to get a hold of the location via phone call rather than go through the main central line, it still has been the best dermatologist's office I have gone to where you are not made to wait an hour to be seen bc they value profits over quality. I get in and out and there is always plenty of free parking.

Thank goodness Kim is back! She is the absolute best there is in the business. She gave me the best Microderm. My face feels so clean and baby soft. She is so knowledgeable about skin care, injectable’s and lasers. Come see her for all your cosmetic dermatology needs!!!

I was referred to Dr. Mandrea by my primary physician, and could not be more grateful for this experience. Dr. Mandrea and his entire staff treated me with dignity, providing privacy throughout my examination. The procedures, treatment and explanations were clear and repeated before I left. I know I have easy access to contacting the office if I need to. This was superior to my other dermatology experiences.

I've had good experiences here, but literally cannot get through to make an appointment. I waited 20 minutes on hold on the phone and then finally moved to their text appointments because the automated message on the phone said it would be faster. It's been nearly 2 hours and they only responded once. Eeesh.
