Worst customer service !!!My son had appointment with Doctor Ali and we were waiting for 6 months and now they call us and cancel the appointment!!! And tell me next available appointment will be in August 2025. Don’t waste your time with this scammers!!!

Made an appointment in august scheduled for March, and received a call from the office in beginning of February to find out that the doctor will not be present in the office for the day of my appointment, they called me reschedule, and told me the next available appointment will be in august. So I waited 6 months for my appointment to be rescheduled for another 6 months.

They are open now but phone with artificial intelligence says they are closed . It impossible to get someone to answer questions before visit this dermatology Is this dermatology office is for animals , are they able to pick up phone and answer just a simple questions ??

Derick is an excellent dermatology facility. Most recently, I had procedures performed by Dr. June Park. The entire staff is professional, welcoming, and they take great care of my skin health.

Dr. Park is the best surgical dermatologist you'll ever find. She creates a team atmosphere very clearly and with great kindness giving you all the options to decide on treatment. Dr. Johnson, general dermatologist is also very nice and competent and takes time with you to answer all your questions. This is our third dermatologist office and we will look no further. Dr. Park and Dr, Johnson are absolutely the best at what they do.
