Rather than giving me a courtesy call before I drove to my appointment and offering the option to reschedule, they notified me when I checked in that all appointments are running 40 minutes behind. Zero consideration for a patient’s time.

Would not recommend scheduling here at all! Had a regular exam visit, less than few minutes long, and ended up with almost $1000 charge. Office extremely vague about billing, remove all of their responsibility after you sign initial consent forms. Be careful, as those signatures allow them to charge you whatever they want, and you won't be able to do anything about it. Providers do not explain anything at all.

Derick Dermatology is very easy to book the appointment, just within the click online. They have so many clinics around so it's not hard to find one close by. The clinic is very clean and professional, kids friendly. My daughter had skin rashes that lingering for months and their professional treatment and advice helped her skin recovered very soon. The practitioner is knowledgeable and meticulously cautious in judgement and treatment. I'm very happy with our visit and experience with them and will likely going there again if our family has any future skin issues.

April and her team were amazing!! Made me feel at ease and comfortable with great conversations! 3rd visit to Derrick! I go to two locations Buffalo Grove and Arlington heights!!! Love both locations! Both facilities are extremely clean and professional!!
