The reception of the employees at the front desk were very warm and inviting. They were polite and courteous. The doctor and her assistant were just as polite and courteous, and made me feel comfortable. The doctor took her time to explain everything to me explicit detail to my understanding. I was well pleased with my visit there.

Amazing team! Everyone is so nice! The PA that saw me was also amazing and is so aware of different cultures/religions. I’ve been doing the treatment that’s was recommended and my skin is already improving! Highly recommend this place!

I was really excited to start my journey with Botox and found the ability to schedule online easy and painless! Able to get an appointment within 3 days was great and added to my overall excitement. After filling out my new patient paperwork, the day finally came. My appointment was scheduled and confirmed for 1:30. At 11, a very rude agent called to let me know my consultant was out sick today (no big deal, people get sick), but the. I was offered a half appointment the following day for an unrelated issue. Or I could wait until mid January. Very disappointing, and I seemed like a burden for her to find me something that would fit my schedule. Ultimately, I chose to go elsewhere. For the patients who do attend there, maybe they have wonderful experiences but I cannot attest to whether or not I had any.

Had a great experience here! I’ve been to CSC Dermatology in the past and was extremely underwhelmed. Derick Dermatology was great. I saw Shannon Wittel who was great at addressing all my concerns and prescribed me simple, affordable topicals that I can already see are making a difference after just two days of use. It’s tough to find a dermatologist who isn’t trying to sell you a product or recommend something really pricey, so I was really thankful to have had a good experience here. Would definitely recommend Derick Dermatology to others.
