Results Physiotherapy's Online Review Report Card

My experience was challenging. The student wanted to assess me on my first visit, not cool. Then on another visit she strained my hamstring, it took me a week to fix it myself. Gina is a good therapist but she double books so you never know what you are going to do. She strained my lower back because the back part of the table she used wouldn't stay locked in place. I went for achiles tendonitis but when I called to make sure the next appointment would address my back issue the not helpful girl at the front desk said I would have to close out therapy on my tendon to address my back. I'm changing therapists.

The level of care and consideration shown to me by my physical therapists have been beyond almost any medical practitioner I’ve seen. They listen carefully, treat specifically, and guide knowledgeably. I will never hesitate to come back again as needed.

My experience with Results has been wonderful. My PT, Natalie, is very passionate about her work, and it shows. She has helped me meet my basic therapy needs, and continues to work hard to help me meet goals that I’ve only dreamed about. Natalie is a great cheerleader, always encouraging and supportive. In my experience, the whole team at Results is patient and helpful.

Great experience working with this team. The front desk staff, techs, students, and PTs were always friendly and helpful. Natalie and Joe were amazing at not just helping me to get better, but teaching me strategies to continue to improve my quality of life. Thankful to be able to keep up with my kids again and I will miss this funny and caring team.

Broke my right ankle on 8/28/24. Surgery 9/4 to replace ankle bone with pins. Was on crutches with cast then Boot then off them Thanksgiving. Started going to Results Therapy in December and just finished up 2/18/25. Excellent routines and exercises to get strength back in ankle plus the calf muscles. I’ve been working at Lenovo Center as usher for Hockey, basketball and concert events. Walking up and down stairs is near 100% normal. And getting a lot more strength back in both legs. This review is no reflection of the care of the therapists. I actually received great treatment from the therapists over the past several years for different issues. My one star is in reference to the billing and front desk staff. They never actually verified my insurance coverage. They only verified that I was covered and insisted that my responsibility was a $125 coinsurance when in actuality I was only responsibly was a $40 copay. It took a copy of my EOB, several calls to my insurance company, at least 3-4 calls to Results front desk and 3 calls to results billing to get my money back. Ultimately I paid $250 out of my pocket before I got someone sensible to talk to at billing. She said I was not the only person to call in the past several weeks concerning the same matter and she would refund me $170 within 7 business days. I am currently under the care of another PT organization who actually looked into the details of my coverage and are charging me only what I owe. The therapists are just as good, too. One final note. My insurance company had no record of my so called $125 coinsurance payments to Results physiotherapy so I doubt I was fulfilling my insurance deductible. Seems crooked to me.

I LOVED Results Physiotherapy. Everyone in the whole office, from schedulers to therapists were so kind and helpful. Natalie was my PT and she’s amazing! She was intelligent and encouraging. I really felt like she cared about my progress and worked with me every step of the way to achieve my goals. If you’re looking for a PT place, I would definitely recommend them!
