Matt gave me some great exercises for 6 weeks that strengthened my weak knees. I will incorporate these into my routine workouts at the Y 2-3 times a week to stay up to speed. I’ve gone to Results first for any physical problems I’ve had. They’ve cured everything except my appendicitis!

Louis and Josh are amazing! They really know their stuff. I was able to avoid having major surgery because of their knowledge and good work. Aaliyah was also amazing in helping me to navigate insurance, and it's paperwork! I am forever grateful to them for helping me to recover so well, (without medication or surgery) just exercise, patience and effort. It is rare to have a health care team that is consistent in its excellence! I could not recommend them more!!!
