Rob White is my therapist at Results and he does a superb job of explaining, coaching, and guiding me on my recovery from shoulder surgery. He is The Best! I HIGHLY recommend him and his team.
There are not enough words to say how professional, and accommodating my experience has been with this office. I have gone to them on and off for about five years. First time is when I had extreme back problems. The second time I broke my pelvis in my sacrum, and lastly, I had to have a hip joint replacement along with a broken femur. Unfortunately, I have visited several different therapy offices in the Nashville area because I’m 74 years old now I’ve experienced many years of back problems, More recently, a pelvis and sacrum break and the most recent a fall that left me having to have a hip replacement during that time I have been to some of what people consider the best of therapy offices and I have had some very good therapists and some mediocre. I was lucky enough to meet Laura Stewart. She really put you through this paces and doesn’t let a moment go by that’s not being used for the patient’s benefit. The highlight is sometimes she makes it fun which is difficult to do in this scenario Jay The front desk person has done a marvelous job of moving appointments around when as a realtor I’ve had my own customers require me to move appointments. I told my husband about them after he had shoulder surgery and he has had a great experience with Rob. They have other competent therapists there and I know that most patients would come out much better then when they first arrived. I can’t thank you enough for my. Progress and I have to say that Laura Stewart is number one in my book!
I can’t say enough good things about Laura! She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable as a physical therapist, but she also brings so much care and intentionality to her work. She’s the one you want if you’re actually looking for results (pun intended 😉). Whether you’re recovering from an injury or just trying to feel better in your day-to-day life, Laura is the one you want in your corner. Highly recommend her!
Laura is a great PT and person! Couldn’t recommend more!
Had such a great physical therapy experience at this clinic. Everyone is friendly and professional. Laura is super knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile.
Rob White is excellent….great evaluation and knew what was wrong very quickly….best 1st evaluation I have had…..set plan that is achievable…..clinic is very nice and clean….very friendly atmosphere
Spring Hill Tn Clinic If you’re looking for a physical therapy place that cares about the well-being of their patients, this isn’t the place. At first, I thought Results and the PT I had truly cared about getting my arm better, however, that wasn’t the case. The PT I had put on a great facade, but I have learned she NEVER had my well-being in mind. She disregarded doctor’s orders, after I dislocated and fractured my humerus. She made the decision to not schedule me for any appointments until I saw a neuro. (Which was almost 5 weeks) I have found out from my new physical therapist, she shouldn’t have done that and furthered the complications in my arm. Then, when I was allowed to come back to see her she complained about every shirt I wore and had the audacity to call me the “worst patient” ever. Very disrespectful. She then had me go to acupuncture, which I have further found out, caused more issues for me. She wouldn’t help me find a descent doctor who would help fix my arm, obviously she never had any intentions of trying to help me. But she didn’t mind wanting to befriend me, when she had no intentions of being a friend. I needed a physical therapist who would fix my arm instead of a friend. Beware of the new laser machine they have there. It caused a skin rash due to me having sensitive skin and nobody explaining that to me. Two months later I still have the rash and skin damage. The whole clinic sides with their PTs instead of their patients. They are all about making the company money and not helping the patient. I did everything she asked me to do and was always very compliant, when I wanted to tell her no. I spent thousand of dollars doing what she said with acupuncture and continuing to see her, even though I wasn’t seeing results. However, now, I have a new physical therapist who explained to me that my shoulder sags which is compressing my nerves, arteries, and muscles. She helped me get in with a state-of-the-art sports medicine doctor who is fixing my shoulder and arm. If had to do over again, I would have never seen again when she did things her way in April 2022, instead of what the doctor wanted.
I want to give some backstory, so we have a full picture. 22 years ago I suffered a severe injury to my right knee when I was just 15 years old. Since then, I have lived with chronic pain issues. Coming into 2024 I had already had three knee surgeries, one of which included breaking my leg and moving it, to say the least. It has changed the way that I walk and the way that my anatomy works in my body. Unfortunately, due to these changes, I have developed severe planar fascia, along with several other issues with my left foot, such as heel spurs, chronic inflammation of the heel bone a spreading of my three meditarcels and a few others. Due to those issues, I took a fall back in July that tore two ligaments and broke one of the bones in my right ankle, which required a full ankle reconstruction. Where they had to reattach the two ligaments in my ankle drill four holes into the bone on the top of my foot and insert an internal bracing system into my ankle. The recovery from that has been terrible, 8 weeks post up from ankle surgery. I needed a scope procedure done on my right knee, to determine what was the source of the pain that i've been dealing with, so that we could determine whether fixing my right knee or going ahead with fixing my left foot was more imperative at this point. The entire ordeal, my left foot has been the source of the highest amount of pain, so my podiatrist sent me over to physical therapy to start strengthening my right ankle and my left foot. While we concluded the results of what my next operation was going to be. I've been working with Daniela, who is the assistant physical therapist, and I can say that the experience has been less than ideal and has left a very terrible taste in my mouth. On multiple occasions, she's told me that my pain couldn't be near as high as what it is because if there was in that much pain, I wouldn't be able to be there or that I would need to be in the hospital/ER. However, this is a pain that I've been dealing With for years, so i've had to find ways to live with it because I can't live in an emergency room due to pain I also have a pain management program that I work with specialized doctors to try and manage my pain. But right now, i'm dealing with 3major acute injuries and the pain is overwhelming. She tells me things like I'm not working hard enough to get stronger even though my strength and mobility are improving every single day but I am limited on how much I can handle. I come home in severe pain from physical therapy. 3 days a week Where some days I'm not even able to get up and move around or Be a mom to my toddler. Hey, come home and have to ice my lower limbs because they are so sore I can't move them. I do the exercises between 4 and 6 times a day. 7 days a week at home. I am constantly working at improving myself and my conditions. Today she actually told another patient that I wasn't committed enough like he was to making things work and get better. All while im pending another surgery in a matter of just weeks, we're just waiting on the final scans to come in before we schedule. I have never been unwilling to do something, but sometimes I am unable to do those things. There have been days when she's supposed to be working with me that she sat on her phone scrolling through her emails and changing the music and the building. She's clearly not focused or concerned about my recovery because of things that i'm unwilling to do. I have seen her be so empathetic and kind towards older patients that have had falls due to age or other conditions. But with me directly, it's like she doesn't feel that I'm worthy enough to be there, or that I could be doing more and it's just a choice and I'm not willing to do the work....but I'm the one showing up, Every other day and putting the work in and trying to get better, but she treats me like i'm not willingly being there or that I don't want to be there.I will not be working with her any more. I need people on my SIDE that want to HELP me improve and be apart of my recovery and get me back to where I want to be.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
