I was able to have my condition assessed and a treatment plan developed in a short amount of time. I recovered much more quickly than I expected, all thanks to Nick and the team at Results PT! I will absolutely use their services should I need to moving forward.

I’ve had years of knee pain preventing me from being able to enjoy hiking. Dr. Nick knew straight away how to address the issue. He provided a targeted exercise plan and dry needling which helped me see major improvement in just one month. He is straightforward and pays attention. I’m so grateful to be back enjoying my favorite activity.

Today was My first day at Benchmark physical therapy. It was a beautiful experience! Nathan was the best! He was very attentive to all my needs he explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I live about 30 minutes it was well worth the trip! Thanks Nathan

Best choice I made while visiting Nashville was to come to Results Physiotherapy! Nick, Megan Holland Trisha were all amazing and friendly. Holland has an encouraging demeanor and I never felt like I was being pushed too hard or not being challenged. If I ever need PT and I’m in Nashville I’m definitely coming right back to their new location off Gallatin Pike. (Their name is Results Physiotherapy now not Benchmark).

What a great experience! I had the pleasure of working with Holland to relieve lower back pain that was exacerbated by my pregnancy. She was so knowledgeable and helpful, finding the right exercises for my specific issues, and I do not exaggerate when I say that I feel stronger and healthier now than I did ten years younger. Not to mention, pain-free for the first time I can remember! Everyone working here, from the receptionists to the other therapists, were so kind and professional. My pain is resolved so I no longer need to go, and frankly I will miss the appointments! Thank you to Holland and everyone else on the team, I am truly grateful!

Nick and team are the absolute best. I’ve been here for two different injuries, and I always leave feeling so much better. PT has truly made a difference in my life. I appreciate so much about this place. Holland does a great job working with me toward reducing pain and gaining mobility. The ambiance of the office is friendly, kind, cheerful and upbeat which is so helpful when dealing with the frustration and pain of injuries, and the patients seem to enjoy their time there —as much as they can while doing therapy. Everyone is great at this location.
