Having had shoulder replacement last year and sadly experiencing lack of good movement with my right arm despite physical therapy elsewhere I have finally achieved better movement of my arm working with Riya a physical therapist at Professional Therapy. She has been wonderful patiently guiding and helping me to achieve more movement with my arm tha n has been the case working with other pt therapists. I am now feeling a lot better about the future and hope that my progress wii be steady and positive. I find the atmosphere here remarkably quite peaceful and attractive. No hospital settings. So far I have great hopes of considerable improvements in time working with Riya and PT professional therapy

Attending multiple PT sessions at Professional PT (Grand Central) has been a game-changer for me, especially as a runner who participates in marathons. Dealing with herniated disc, sciatica and pelvic tilt issues was starting to affect my running performance and overall well-being. However, thanks to the expertise of Riya and Jen, not only has my pain subsided, but the exercises and guidance provided have significantly improved my strength and flexibility, allowing me to perform better during my marathon training. The Grand Central Professional PT location is the best! Every employee is knowledgeable and able to assist with any questions that you may have. I’m always greeted with a smile as soon as I walk in (Jaheed is a ray of sunshine). I have been a faithful patient of Riya’s for three months and she has helped me not only physically, but mentally. I walked in with an injury that I wasn’t sure I had the ability to work through and she’s improved my health so much. The entire group is amazing. Meaghan is an awesome physical therapist. From day one, she knew where all my trigger points were and helped ease my pain. She’s also very knowledgeable, approachable, attentive, and compassionate. She really took the time to understand everything I’m going through, and made a plan to address it all. Every time I leave a session I feel much better than when I came in.
