I've had the pleasure of working with Amanda and her team for the last 5 months. I initially came to see Amanda when I was consistently experiencing hamstring and glute pain any time I worked out or walked for long distances. The StarPro team created a personalized plan for me and I am happy to say that I am pain free.

I had a great experience here at StarPro Gramercy! I was dealing with the aftermath of an ankle injury that had healed but still caused me a lot of pain. Amanda was super helpful at diagnosing the issue and helping me understand a bit more of how the body recovers. With a gradual progression to build back strength, mobility, and confidence I feel so much better and excited to go back to all of my activities!!

I don't leave reviews often but I am extremely happy with the journey and results. After years of severe ankle pain, I finally sought help and was initially scared to touch my ankle. Thanks to Amanda Brick and her awesome team at StarPro PT Gramercy, I gained confidence and felt motivated throughout the healing process. They made recovery enjoyable, and I now feel like I have a new leg and a renewed interest in my physical health. I feel so good that I can go through a shredder and know I can count on Amanda. I highly recommend their services and am thankful to have found this place & doctor !

AVOID THIS PLACE! Pay attention to all the reviews that talk about overbilling - they’re REAL! The PT staff seemed fine from my initial consult but their billing department is a nightmare. They were very pushy about getting me to book an appointment and they told me each session would cost $20 after insurance, which seemed reasonable. I have done PT in the past and it was about that much per session. I decided to book an appointment and only AFTER the appointment was done, was I told to call their billing department because it’s not showing that my cost is $20. Turns out the company made a mistake and the price per session is $70. They had known about this error for days and no one informed me about it before my first visit. I tried to speak to the billing department about finding a way to get this resolved and they told me it was MY fault for not knowing my benefits. I don’t even know what they’re charging the insurance, so how would I know that they made mistake? Also, based on other similar reviews, I have a feeling they’re going to bill an astronomical amount to my insurance company and I’ll get stuck with a larger bill. The person from billing was very rude and did not care one bit about my concerns. I was told I need 20+ sessions to get better and had I known the cost was going to be $70/session, I would have never agreed to it being that I can’t afford it. This place is shady!

Amanda has been helped me with my PT throughout the years after various knee surgeries. I always return to her when something is feeling a bit off and she always offers the best analysis and insights with careful and thorough observations and tests combined with her immense expertise/experience developed over the years. 100% recommend seeing Amanda if you need an insightful analysis and strategic training plan.
