I love StarPro East 4th!! All of the providers are extremely knowledgeable and fun. Their expertise has helped me immensely post surgery. The staff at StarPro make we wish I could go to PT every day!

The staff at this location are excellent. Nobody looks forward to doing physical therapy, but folks like Jeffrey, JD, Kara, and Alex make it a positive and even a fun experience. I was able to successfully rehab my knee due to the staff’s great care and expertise.

I had a great experience at StarPro East Village. Deep Shah managed my PT after knee surgery and supported and encouraged me through the entire PT period there. I improved weekly and gained confidence moment by moment. Appointments were easy to get and I received a good amount of time for each visit. The PT assistants were helpful as well, thank you Laura and Kara! And of course all the other PTs and assistants, very professional. Yes, I recommend StarPro East Village.

Staff is nice but they force discharged me before full fitness and cleared to play sports. Tore my ACL again in the first game after that Make sure you don’t get manipulated to get discharged before clearing return to sports benchmarks and push them to get you to 100% fitness if you want to return to sports

Needed hip surgery to fix torn labrum. Great PT work and very nice staff. Jeff has got my mobility and strength back to almost 100% in 3 months. Highly recommend StarPro

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. UNETHICAL BILLING PRACTICES. Upon signing up I clearly asked the rep what the session would cost me. They said “don’t worry you have Aetna, you’re covered, just a ~$40 copay.” I paid the copay and did a few more sessions. Weeks later after doing several sessions, I’m hit with a bill of over $1000 per session. They didn’t send me this cost until AFTER SEVERAL SESSIONS. Had I known after the first I would have stopped going. I have great insurance from a tech company and that still only brought that down to $300 per session. So I’m down $900 for 3 sessions of calf raises and some stretching. This place is a rip off. There are plenty of other great PT places in the city that will only cost ~$50-$75 per session after insurance.

The PT, Deep, seemed very knowledgeable. I have been practicing the exercises and already feel the benefit.
