I had been to another PT place for a few weeks before switching to here. I had 3 different PTs at the other place who all told me different things. Etta was consistent with me and put it all together in a way that made sense. My wrist improved slowly but surely and Etta didn’t keep me in sessions longer than necessary. I would definitely come back. My only complaint is that they only do appointments on the hour, which makes it hard to schedule around office hours and meetings. If I had a meeting at noon and another at 2:00, I couldn’t fit PT into those two hours when you account for travel time, whereas a 1:30-2:30 appt would be perfect. Also, if you get out of work at 5:00, the next available appt is 6:00, so you have to be late for a 5:00 or stick around for a 6:00.

The entire staff here was so professional and helpful I felt they had my best interest and wanted me to get better. Samantha was extremely supportive and professional I felt comfortable on the first day. She’s the best!!

This facility is full of lovely and knowledgeable people who helped me rebuild strength with a torn knee injury. Definitely would recommend and ask for Samantha!!

I’ve been attending physical therapy for a month now and I am pleased with my progress. I would be remiss to neglect mentioning the stellar guidance of my physical therapist Etta. When engaging with healthcare professionals, something I have done as both patient and provider, I am often dumbfounded by how little they appear to explain, well, anything. Etta is thorough in explaining what exercises we’ll be doing, their purpose, and coming up with a comprehensive treatment plan for me to follow in office and after sessions on my own time. She is amiable and her collaborative effort is greatly appreciated.

My family gets treated at the City Hall location with Etta. She’s wonderful, knowledgeable and answers all questions. Love it here.
